My recent stay at S2L was life-changing. For years, I have been struggling with depression, anxiety, alcohol, addiction, etc. I saw help and was given methods, steps, ways to cope with the things I was dealing with. But I always knew deep down that this was a Band-Aid approach.I have been a Christian for a long time, but my faith was very weak at best, all but dead. I thought I was going to just have to suck it up and live with my problems, coping the best I could, for the rest of my life. But God had other plans. He led me to S2L where I learned, or was reminded of, my true identity in Christ. They taught me of all the spiritual blessings I had because of what Jesus had done for me on the cross, how I was a son of the King himself, filled with the Holy Spirit, and that all I needed was Him. S2L taught me the four pillars and seven principles from 2 Peter 1 and how to live each day in the Spirit, serving Christ.Nutshell, S2L gave me hope and pointed me to Christ. I liked the small group atmosphere and the level of attention the staff gave. I always had someone to talk to that knew how to handle how I was feeling.

The staff here is truly beyond supportive they go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels seen, heard, and cared for. The clients are equally amazing; I ve met some of the kindest, most understanding people who ve made this journey feel less isolating and more like a shared experience.Through my time here, I ve grown so much. I ve rediscovered the confidence I once thought was lost and have developed tools to maintain a healthier, happier lifestyle. The community here is absolutely incredible, and it s been such a safe and welcoming space for healing. If you re looking for a place where you can truly rebuild yourself surrounded by positivity and care, I highly recommend this rehab.
