Received services here for a decent period of time. They didn't receive payment from AHCCCS for months, when I first got notification from the plan that they denied a claim I contacted them and was told that I didn't need to do anything. Then months later I'm told that I have to start paying cash for all future appointments since they haven't been paid by the plan. Which I couldn't afford, so the treatment I had been receiving and relying on for months was suddenly cut off. Their psychiatric NP also gave me the run-around when I expressed desire to start medication for the neurodevelopmental disorder I've been diagnosed with since childhood. I don't recommend seeking treatment here.

Call make a appointment to help but did not make the appointment for me. They need a credit card or debit card on file. I am unemployed and trying to collect disability. I haven't been working for a couple years I had no need of a bank account or credit. I am in debt with those institutions. Actually drowning in debt and stress out of my mind part of the reason I called. Thanks for the turn away Lifeline PCS.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Incredibly unprofessional lobby employees. Completely disrespected my wife and I while waiting for our appointment time for our FIRST session. Left us waiting 10 minutes after our appointment time started to be greeted by the counselor. Our medical insurance covered the counseling sessions, but if we had to pay out of pocket I would have been willing to take legal action not to pay them a dime. I would not recommend their service will tell our military channels to no longer recommend this business.

I m so happy and grateful for Lifeline PCS being here (so close to where I live), and giving me the option for therapy and counseling, which has been all around a very positive experience. Kudos to the compassionate and all-around professional staff who ve assisted me in taking advantage of voluntary behavioral therapy after not doing so in over 7 years!

I have been seeing my counselor here for 9 months and she is amazing! She has helped me through a very difficult year. The virtual therapy option is convenient and easy for fitting into my schedule too.
