If anyone has been to other places in need of help and just been treated like another face or number this is not one of those places.. Lifeline genuinely care and have true concern for you and your well-being. I walked in here and they were nice and listened and gave great advice and always looking towards the next step to continually help you not just a one time thing. We all know the look you get from places like this when you're down on your luck and in need of help but they don't look at you like that because most have travelled the road we have. I do recommend stoping in and just talk to someone of your needs, wants and the next step you're trying to get to and you'll find a empathetic face, a sympathetic ear and a safe hug to let you know they'll go the extra mile to ensure that those needs are met and have an ongoing relationship to make sure you are on track. Try them out!

Lifeline Connections does not tolerate racism, prejudice, hatred, abuse, or violence in any form for every person in our community. Lifeline Connections believes that diversity, equity, and inclusion supports our staff, interns, volunteers, and patients and enhances the passionate work we do. Location

Accepted Insurance

Lifeline Connections works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatments

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Programs

Adult program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

One goal of family therapy is to provide a platform where members have a safe place to talk about the challenges that addiction has created in their lives. Using guided sessions, therapists help individual family members develop healthy communication skills and address unresolved issues between themselves to support their loved one's sobriety.

Group therapy is a safe space that offers you a confidential environment to openly discuss your challenges with addiction and the progress you're making without fear of judgment. Group therapy participants share responsibility for recovery, which fosters a collective commitment to sobriety.

Individual therapy sessions for drug and alcohol addiction treatment emphasize the importance of personalized care. Your therapist works with you to understand your unique life experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms to address your underlying issues. This comprehensive approach to recovery is the foundation of drug rehab.

Accreditations

The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is a non-profit organization that specifically accredits rehab organizations. Founded in 1966, CARF's, mission is to help service providers like rehab facilities maintain high standards of care.

CARF Accreditation: Yes

I am delayed 3 weeks now and I am about to update my review from what has been the following-> Nice office layout well organized place with plenty of seating and services such as laundry and dryers for homeless peeps I presume, I only just enrolled so I ll stop back in to report on how it works out. They have approximately 3 or 4 suites plenty of rooms in the office. If a Mental Health Resource Center is what you are looking for you ll find this one available for intake at 8:30 Tuesday morning first come first serve and directly across the steps from DSHS on Meridian and in the back behind the front side.

Staff if very caring and professional but things fall through the cracks. Would be 5 * if I hadn't had multiple paperwork snafus. My monthly status reports weren't being sent to my PO until I reminded them to, and they never sent the required paperwork to get my driving rights reinstated to the DoL either.

Response from the owner2 years ago

They seem to be doing great things but they need to make sure the money they give for housing is going to people that actually need it. People are taking advantage and it makes me sick

Lifeline Connections, really helps you get right down to the roots of your addiction of any sort. Once you get to the roots, is where you truly understand how to start healing your own mind and spirit, helps gain connection back at every angle to healthy people, and healthy decisions, witch builds confidence and stubility in ones life to be reconnected in so many ways. Lifeline Connections, are not here to scold people on mistakes or misshapes of learning what mankind has to offer in this world, but they are here to guide people back in the right direction to carry out life with positive angles and mental tools to be the strong person everybody was intended to be.

Response from the owner3 years ago
