About Everwell

Everwell LLC is a detox and addiction treatment facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee that offers help and hope to people with opioid dependency. They specialize in MAT and outpatient counseling and recovery education.

Their detox treatment service helps the patient safely and comfortably detox from opioids without fear of hazardous and painful withdrawal symptoms. If you’re medically stable you can detox in an outpatient setting which means you’ll visit the clinic daily during the detox phase. There you’ll be medically monitored and receive medications as needed to make you more comfortable. Then you’ll return home at night to be with your family.

Their MAT program features Suboxone therapy which can help you reduce cravings and your relapse risk. Their outpatient program is typically for those with milder cases of addiction who want to receive therapy throughout the week while still returning home after sessions. Treatment involves individual counseling and other counseling services. You can also engage in recovery education to help you build the social, emotional, physical, and psychological skills you need to maintain your sober lifestyle.

Former clients praise the staff for their compassionate and highly personalized care.

The owner of Everwell, James C. Sells III, agreed to pay the United States a total of $500,000 to settle allegations that he fraudulently applied for and received funds from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and violated the Controlled Substances Act. The business, acting through Sells, applied for, and obtained multiple loans from the PPP in the total amount of $143,109, all of which were forgiven. In addition, the United States alleged that one of the providers who sees patients failed to secure his password to the electronic prescribing system and allowed his office manager to electronically sign prescriptions, in violation of the Controlled Substances Act. Of the $500,000 settlement, $143,109 is restitution relating to the PPP loans; $143,109 is damages relating to the PPP loan; and the remaining $213,782 is civil penalties for violations of the Controlled Substances Act. This matter was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration - Diversion Group and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

I used to go to this office and am writing to review an employee that has no business being involved in people s healthcare.  Lora Aistrop is unprofessional and denigrates people seeking treatment and the office staff.  Lora regularly barges in while patients are with doctors and is disruptive and has directed the doctor to hurry up and get to the next patient.  Lora would yell at patients she didn't like with the waiting room full and tell them she runs the place and threaten to remove them from the program.  She would tell me she has her own house, truck and motorcycles and that I should get my life together and try to have my own things too.  Lora would say she has lost faith in humanity in reference to her interaction with patients.  I had to consistently wait hours after seeing the doctor before Lora would send my prescription to the pharmacy.  If you call and question her she gets angry and you just end up having to wait even longer.   After one visit I had to wait almost 3 hours before she sent my prescription to the pharmacy.  She claimed they were having technical difficulties so I asked how my payment was processed which she didn't respond to but apparently worked because the pharmacy received my prescription immediately after I hung up.  Having a staff employee treat people that struggle with addiction and recovery like they're less than and intimidate them is cruel and unwarranted.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one’s body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Telehealth refers to services that are delivered virtually -- for example, through a live one-on-one video conference with a counselor -- instead of in person. Telemedicine rehab is ideal for people who want to stay in touch with their mental health provider but have difficulty getting to appointments.

Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Inpatient rehabs are designed principally for clients who require intensive supervision and support, including clients who have just completed detox, clients in early recovery, and clients at an elevated risk of relapse. Inpatient treatment helps clients stabilize following detox and prepares them to step-down into outpatient and/or community-based care. Clients reside at the facility for the duration of their program and engage in extensive addiction counseling and education. Many programs also offer evidence-based complementary therapies.

Programs

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Men and women in Tennessee undergoing one on one individual therapy sessions focus on understanding their unique needs and challenges. They do this under the guidance of an experienced therapist who can help you identify and address addiction triggers as well as create personalized relapse prevention plans. This offers you a customized path to a successful recovery journey.

if you have been looking for addiction help, a place to get sober and a doctors office that treats you just like family… THIS IS YOUR PLACE. The doctor is so nice and funny, the councilor makes sure you know she is available 24/7 and the desk lady Laura is absolutely top notch. She will do everything she can to help you! I’m so blessed to have found them all. 🤍 - Nicole
