Being in therapy saved my life. I truly get a lot out of every session. I love learning. I have changed drastically in a positive way. It’s like wearing a tool belt and having that tool readily accessible. Having the knowledge to calm myself with a familiar pattern is helpful. I know what to do if my depression starts creeping in on me for example. I don’t sit in a funk as long as I used to and most of the time I know how to get out of it.
