The ASAP program was absolutely life changing for us, my husband and I thought it was so beneficial. It helped us get through a really tough time and gave us tools to better navigate a situation we never dreamed we would be in. Our daughter came out of a 30 day residential treatment program into ASAP, it was exactly the accountability she needed to stay the course to becoming clean and staying clean. The therapists were really great and the tools and content taught in the program were a game changer for us. ASAP definitely enlightened us on boundaries and the ways we were enabling some of the behaviors unintentionally, we are so grateful for that. While she might never admit it helped save her life, we know it did.

ASAP has been in business for a very long time for a reason. They take care and choosing their employees, and the program is managed very well. Many kids have come through this program, and many parents and kids have been helped The program has 10 weeks a d a different topic every week, so both parents and kids can learn something each week. They also have a parent night, which is particularly helpful. I recommend this program 10/10

This place was absolutely amazing. Exactly a year ago I was admitted and the staff were nothing but extremely kind, Mr.Herb was an absolutely amazing health tech who made me and my friends smile and laugh all the time, I was called by my preferred name by everyone, the food was absolutely amazing as someone who has problems with many foods, my only problem was this one nurse that was one nurse, when I went to take my meds in the morning I saw that she was a nurse that didn’t usually work in my unit, and she was trying to tell me that none of my problems were real and that I’m just dramatic, later that day i had an “outbreak” I’ll call it and she was very unkind afterwards, looking at me with distain when giving me bandages and when I asked to use my hair brush when I got out of the shower she said I couldn’t have it because my doctor said that I could harm myself with it and that she didn’t trust me, I talked to my doctor the next day about it and he said that did not happen, but other than that every nurse and health tech was super kind, funny, and were really just trying to make our stay better and I appreciate all of them, especially miss Hannah and miss Rachel (I think that’s her name), all these negative comments really confused me, this is a lovely place, and there were rarely many fights and one of the only violent people I remember was actually really sweet, Sedona unit made this horrible time in my life much less stressful and I’m glad to say I’ve really recovered because of this hospital, though getting in contact with the place to see about admitting me was really hard and the lady lied about what we could have in the hospital, many things she said we couldn’t have, if we asked our doctor we were 100% fine to have this stuff, I really recommend this place ♥️

Aurora showed me respect and love while I was there,treated like a client and food was always delicious with soda and coffee at every meal and snacks through the whole day..💪💪💪💪

Lived near The Ranch for years and didn't know what it was. Drove by several times and would see horses, a well manicured property and goat yoga! Finally the day came where someone close tome needed help with substance abuse and voila; The Ranch offers what they need. That person has been a student of the ranch for several months receiving the help they need. It is nice to see a multi purpose place like The Ranch being utilized and offering help to those who need it, in a very different approach.

We love Banner we went in today for my daughters first MRI recently diagnosed with epilepsy and has gone through some testing which had previously caused anxiousness. The staff here is amazing! From today’s visits from the nurse who was with other staff who were students and there were many people in the room. They all were so pleasant including the anesthesiologist and made my daughter feel so very safe leaving me to get her MRI done under sedation with the nursing staff. From waking up from anesthesia to educating me on what to look for at home. I was so pleased. She sees the neurology team there too and they’ve been so wonderful as well.

My experience has been noneshort of amazing came in with badly abscess teeth stress for a long time how to get them removed well Dr. Kirchhoffden and his staff have been absolutely amazing amazing fourth teeth removed a major abscess drained still lots of pain expected one day clear of surgery but this hospital and staff simply amazing and low and behold ends up im across the nurses desk from my aunt Rena and cousin joe and nice surprise

Unfortunately I've have been here more than once. They've been amazing to us both times.

I would like to give recognition to Jordy, Preston and Dawn for a great service they are providing with being so encouraging, supportive and resourceful. I understand how challenging it is to help others in a crisis because it can take a lot out of you. So if they are understaffed its understandable because sometimes certian Jobs are not ment for everyone. But I want you all to know that you are truly appreciated and that sometimes when you give so much of yourself to others its a great feeling to hear that you are you are doing a great job and are very much appreciated. I thank again.

I have had a tremendously wonderful experience working with the provider that I have in a team that I have and it took forever to find such an amazing team and I'm so lucky and glad that I found them and they have been extremely helpful and have always listened to me and trusted my judgment as well and we all work together as a team and I couldn't be happier with the services that I have received from life well South mountain

From the moment I arrived in the ER with an ankle injury (which I would later find out was 3 broken bones and a dislocation) every single person iI had the slightest interaction with treated me with kindness, caring and respect. They were very knowledgeable and Attentive from admitting, to the ER, to imaging, to pre op, to surgery, post op, and then to my room afterwards....every one was 1000% caring and helpful. I could not have asked for better care or a better experience! Thank you all so much for everything you've done for me Banner Casa Grande Medical Center.

I have had ongoing medical issues. I’ve been in the ER on slow days the ER on busy days. Admitted during a busy time and got lucky to be admitted when times were slow. regardless of the situation, wait time ext. the staff are positive & caring , sympathetic and knowledgeable . I felt I was put first.. Hospital are in general uncomfortable. Staff did everything they could to compensate for that. Also clean, efficient and communicate well. Thanks to my RN’s and CNA’s who covered Room 158 from 11/12 - 11-16.

I did the DBT and CBT classes and they were both great. AJ was my DBT therapist and he helped me out so much!

AJ (Anthony) was by far the best person to ever help me in the mental health scene. I’ve gone to therapy and outpatient services in general since i was 7. I’m now 18 and a year back I was hopeless. Then after an in-patient visit they wanted me to try out this place. I was unsure at first as every other therapy or group i’ve EVER been to has never worked. But then i met AJ. He lit up the room with his personality and his ability to talk to people my age and truly understand their feelings is mind boggling. He still gave us a packet everyday but the amount of help i was receiving made me WANT to do the work. And this is coming from a kid who failed school his entire life barely scrapping by. If you ever have the chance to come here do it! But make sure you get Anthony he’s the best!! :) I can without a doubt say he had a major part in keeping me alive to this day. Thankyou, AJ and the Banner Health team!

Oasis Behavioral is a great place to work and has a team approach in helping the patients. I feel that Im actually able to help my patients through their treatment and discharge coordination process. The staff are wonderful people.

Staff was supportive and knowledgeable. The helped our family during a tough time. The idea of getting help seemed impossible but through their s and vices we were able to make it through a tough time. Thank you for caring
