Love this VA Clinic... they take great care of me here. My only thing is I went to the lab and it was closed, but the clinic was open. Would be better if the hrs were posted somewhere before we get upstairs.

I transferred here from Spokane and Northwest clinic has been very timely and taken care of all my issues. Short wait times. My primary care physician is excellent and her staff respond to my emails with requests almost immediately.

I had a very good experience, the medical staff treated me wonderfully, thank you very much.

My husband was recently in your hospital. During his 4 days there (5th floor, D tower) on two days his nurse was a woman named Kyle. She was by far the most attentive, caring, compassionate, personable nurse either of us has ever had the pleasure to be treated by. She totally went above and beyond her required job to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Kyle!

I love the service especially from the medical assistant Ana chavira she s the best I was super nervous she made me feel so comfortable very professional. I just love her. I wish I can give her a 10 star keep up the good work

NOTHING LIKE JAIL. Don t listen to that hold against your will crap and chances are if you are being held for a longer period of time , you really need to think about what got you there and how you are acting. Think about if they let somebody go and 12 hours later that person decides to kill themselves.. or even worse.. inflict harm on another person Every situation/case is different but as somebody who has struggled with suicidal thoughts while actually having a normal state of of mind, THIS IS the place you need to come. It really opens up different perspectives .. that you don t have it THAT bad as somebody who literally can t control themselves.. and you can see who CHOOSES to act the way they do and the people who have REAL problems with themselves.. they give you 3 meals a day and all the snackies you want. I spent over 24 hours here and I look as normal as can be and very well spoken (like what the heck is this guy doing here?)It was also amazing to see the staffing have the SAME passion and commitment. Some really cool staff members up in there. THESE STAFF MEMBERS ARE PUT THRU HELL..Not all heroes wear capes

I m so happy and grateful for Lifeline PCS being here (so close to where I live), and giving me the option for therapy and counseling, which has been all around a very positive experience. Kudos to the compassionate and all-around professional staff who ve assisted me in taking advantage of voluntary behavioral therapy after not doing so in over 7 years!

I love love love this program they bring change for artist coping with PTSD trauma recovery ECt .witch ever you are doing creating buying or selling it's a win win situation . Every piece of art is an extension of that artist~ be blessed and know the artist created it with THIER hearts In creation of the masterpiece the art heals all ~the painter & onlooker taking a piece of art to your home would be an amazing addition that inspires and heals everyone that passes threw your threshold

Through my recovery journey I have been to several outpatient programs over the years including what some consider to be world renowned (Hazelden Betty Ford) and hands down I can say my experience at Rising Phoenix has been the best. When I say this place is the best mental health and addiction outpatient out there trust that it comes from significant experience and trial and error. The staff is top notch and the environment is so comfortable and safe.I also need to give a major shout out to my individual therapist Natalie. She has gone well above and beyond to provide the best possible treatment for me and is the best therapist I've had before.I cannot recommend this program and amazing staff enough!
