It has been 2 years since my time at The Phoenix. I can honestly say they saved my life. I didn t know how they could possibly help me since I had already done some extreme treatments for my debilitating depression and SI. I started in residential and altogether spent about 5 months in their care. It took me working the steps and being accountable along with their care and I know I would not be here if it wasn t for the help I received from their awesome staff. I still implement the skills I was taught there and refer back to the workbook we used. I would recommend this place to anyone.
My therapist is great! I received the help I was looking for. The billing department is very nice and helped me with my insurance claims. The front desk always meet me with a smile.
