outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

aftercare iconAftercare

Clients receiving services in a rehab aftercare program have generally been stable and sober for a period of weeks and months and no longer require high intensity treatment. Many have stepped down from inpatient rehab to outpatient treatment. Others have been discharged from formal treatment but need support in maintaining their sobriety. Clients typically work with their case manager and care team to develop a long-term care plan that aligns with their unique needs and goals.

heart-hands iconIntervention Services

If your friend or family member is suffering physically or psychologically from substance use but denies there is a problem, it might be time for a drug intervention in Utah. This process involves meeting with an intervention specialist from a facility's intervention services program. This specialist will interview family members to gain an understanding of the situation, then facilitate the intervention. Their expertise can prove invaluable in navigating this complex confrontation.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Heart icon Treatment

alcohol iconAlcoholism

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

drugs iconDrug Addiction

When you enter a drug rehab in Utah, the process usually involves four stages: treatment initiation, early abstinence, maintaining abstinence, and advanced recovery. Treatment methods can rely on medications, counseling, or both, in either an outpatient or inpatient setting.

opium iconOpioid Addiction

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

substance-abuse iconSubstance Abuse

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Hand holding medical sign icon Clinical Services

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

mental-health iconIndividual Therapy

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

family iconFamily Therapy

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

New seasons messed up on my bill. Not me. I knew something was wrong and I talked to them every week. It ended up getting up to 800 dollars and I found out I lost my medicaid because i got a job. So I was making payments. They got a new director and he decided anyone that had a balance has to go in daily until balance is paid. I don't have that kind of cash on me, and I did what they told me to do. They messed up and took it out on me. I heard lots of other people arguing with them about the same thing and I know a lot of patients left like me. Now I guess they won't get any of the money I owe them.

Wonderful folks who only want to help. Follow the rules and have a good experience. Thanks to these guys for helping so many. Be nice and they'll be nice back:)Update about a year later.I still can't say enough good about this location and the wonderful staff here. So much good can happen w the right attitude and accepting the help this place can offer. Money wasn't an issue, I paid out of pocket to start and they helped me get on benefits to ease the costs. But at no time did they turn me away for any reason. I am so grateful for these folks and the assistance they provide time and time again. They really do care so if you are living so hard and feel like no one cares give these places a chance and get help. Totally worth it.

Each employee at New Seasons has their own special quality. I've only been going 1yr and I know I'd be dead without them. What I love most is if you're having a deep conversation with someone, they never hesitate to share their own stuff if it applies. It's a personal experience not a robotic one. Each person is very special to me for different reasons. If I could change or improve anything it would be the turn over rate with Counselor's. Love you guys! MUAH

The low rating isn't a reflection of the local staff who are committed to helping local folks obtain sobriety. The low rating is for the corporation that owns this clinic. They treat these dedicated staff like disposable resources. I guarantee the staff you start with, won't be the staff you finish with. And that's sad. Do better!

It a joke they want you to be accountable but when they mess up or break the rules it's ok and make excuses they dont want to be accountable for there mess up they lie They are condescending and patronising they can not keep any counselors the ONE they have now is not any Qualified to be counselors she a joke and they are miss two so there under staffed clinic should be a clue that if it's not a good place to work why would it be good to be treated there

They have been great to me! Lately I have been having some trouble, they have gone over and beyond my expectations! They have a great new online counseling that you can do anywhere you want! That s why I rated them 5 stars!

I am aggressively looking for a different place. They are incredibly disorganized, and have no accountability whatsoever. I was switched counselors, even after I was asked if I wanted to and I said no. My new counselor, Serena, has yet to even meet with me, and it s been 3 months. She breaks every appointment she schedules with me, I call multiple times with no answer and then am told if I really wanted to do counseling, I d make it happen . They are threatening to withhold doses because I don t do my counseling . I am constantly late for work because they decide I need to UA even when I am not on the list for that day, meaning I have to wait for them to print paperwork for me when they have all the paperwork ready to go for everyone else UA-ing that day? You ll notice they only respond to the 5 star reviews here, another sign they have no accountability for anything they do wrong. Never seen a place of business so dysfunctional.

I attended this clinic about 3 and a half years ago. I was just homeless and had started treatment while pregnant. The center was very accommodating and took any concerns I had into consideration. I actually enjoyed going in every morning even after my baby was born because a certain nurse always was happy to see me and made me feel welcome. Lindsey who I believe still works there now was such a joy to be around and always made my day. I am still sober and stopped in to visit the clinic right before Christmas. I had moved out of state after getting sober and this was my first time back. I couldn't wait to see Amber thr director and tell her about my progress. There were happy tears. Physically the center has improved since I was there. The new location looks amazing! I have gone back to college and am graduating in 1 1/2 years, I have a steady job, and have been able to pay off all my debt since getting sober. I would not have been able to do these things if it weren't for the support and treatment from these wonderful people. Methadone is not for everyone but it worked for me and my situation. Hope you all can get the help you need here too.
