I was so hesitant to come to High Focus after many tries at different IOPS/PHPs. After completing the program, I m so glad I stayed. I had a great experience at High Focus overall especially with the art therapy (thank you Melissa) and yoga therapy/sound bath (thank you Rachel) I learned soooo many coping skills and DBT skills that I will carry with me moving forward. If you re hesitant about getting treatment, know that it s normal to feel that way. Give it a try. You ll get past the uncomfortable feeling. Shout out to Melissa, Silvia, Sophia, Rondi, Andrew, Marsha, Josh, and all of the therapists who work at High Focus in Parsippany. I feel like I have a completely different outlook on life now.

I spent an entire month at the Cambridge house while undergoing Partial Hospitalized Program (PHP) therapy. It was truly a great experience. The home is awesome, well-kept, and taken care of by both Howard as well as Abbie. They truly are both wonderful. The other housemates are respectful and supportive of each other and everyone gets along very well. Everyone was extremely helpful in in supporting me get to where I where I needed to go and accommodated my every ask.
