MERIT wasn't so bad for me but they clearly should improve several things to give the help people in need are looking for. I learned some things that will keep helping me for the rest of my life but I am not recovered yet.

Just because they had a work meeting during service hours (when els are they supposed to have it?) shouldn t mean they have to have a low quality service.
