Ron spoke to me with warmth and clarity, painting a picture of the care I’d receive and the space I’d call home. He gave me hope when I was falling apart. Then Allison stepped in, answering every message, listening to my tears, and making sure I had everything I needed to get to Malibu. Angie welcomed me with open arms, her radiant smile and vibrant energy instantly making me feel safe and seen. She tailored my experience with such care that I always felt supported and comfortable. The program itself is exceptional comprehensive and deeply personal. From licensed psychotherapists and medical doctors to psychiatrists, nurses, holistic therapies, case management, personal training, and even a private chef, every detail is designed to nurture healing in body, mind, and spirit. I want to share my experience at Rise Malibu. I started 2 months ago for a 30 day inpatient treatment. In one word I would describe my experience as AMAZING!! I have been to other facilities before but this experience is life changing. Its still early in my recovery, (60 days so far) so I can't speak long term yet. My main therapist Dr Mark was incredible, and had approaches to sobriety that I had never heard of before. Terry, Michael, Cat, Gina, Tim and were all awesome therapists with differing methods of treating addiction. Not just AA which was enlightening to me. As a holistic sceptic, I was very surprised at how it helped me, especially the breathing techniques. I will utilize the breathing and yoga techniques the rest of my life. The support people at the facility John and Nam were great. Offering walks and hikes all the time as well as the Sunday outing. Especially enjoyed just talking about life with John who is a wonderful person and family man. The nurses Paige, Sherri and Zach were awesome to talk to and took very good care of me. The Chef Bryce is a 5 star chef who could work at the best restaurants. The food was great. The facility is beautiful with views of the ocean from every room and a pool on top floor where I stayed. Ron, the owner is a great guy and he really does care. That's why he does this. I talked to him for an hour on my first call to Rise and he actually answers the phone himself every time I called the number. Again, it's his passion to help people. The staff started talking about an aftercare plan 10 days after I joined the facility and I had a fully set up aftercare plan complete before I even came home. I very much look forward to writing back again in 6 months as I continue my recovery. In summary I don't think you can find a better place. Rise has saved my life on numerous occasions! The staff alone is super amazing that they have become my family. I cannot speak highly of all the times I have been through Rise. The peaceful ocean setting , the warm pool, the delicious meals, the wonderful group therapies, the wonderful group outings, comfortable room accommodations (and very private!!) make the whole experience absolutely wonderful and such a blessing. Will forever be blessed by Rise and the wonderful people there that make it so special and fabulous. The staff, Including Christina , Angie, Gina , Dr Mark, Sharie, Paul W, John, Paige , Nam , Bryce, Beth, and many more have been more than wonderful to me during some of the most difficult times of my life.

This place goes above and beyond for its clients. Let’s just say I’ve been there more than once on my road to recovery. The staff have become my second family. They have an alumni person that’s reaches out to clients to follow up after treatment and I call her my guardian angel. This place saved my life more than once and I believe it could do the same for you or your loved one. Highly recommend!

Numa is a wonderful facility helping many people suffering from the disease of addiction. The staff truly cares and shows the utmost attention to detail. I would recommend to any family member or friend!!!

Revive was a great experience. The first week was rough for myself but after finding a balance within myself and being able to attend groups I was able to acquire the tools I needed to maintain my sobriety.

I have been battling addiction since my early twenties and thought that I had tried everything but always left treatment centers feeling like I should have gotten more or like I had more problems then before I got there. After leaving Hollywood Hills I feel the complete opposite. From the first time I spoke with Nick, who is one of the owners, I felt like they really cared about helping me. I am not from the area and they helped me get to the treatment center and i probably never would have made it if it hadn't been from that alone. From there I was greeted by smiles, hugs and encouraging amounts of love. The groups were fun and enlightening and not mundane and cookie cutter. It's like they someone actually put themselves in my shoes for once because I could feel the empathy and compassion from all of the staff and the other clients. I was given one on one therapy session by a licensed therapist and had the opportunity to look into my problems and past the obvious. My medical needs were attended to. If I wasn't in group and was going through something there was always someone there was always a qualified individual there that would listen to me or even watch a movie with me. I feel like me again and I would be lying if I said that I would feel that way even if I didn't go to Hollywood Hills Recovery. Where do I even begin? My time at Enlight was nothing short of extraordinary. I arrived to this treatment center during one of the lowest points of my life. I was living out of my hammock on the border of Los Padres National Forest, deciding that I would exile myself from the pleasantries of having any friends or continuing to be a member of my family. After 3 months of living in the bush, I decided to go get help. In the 80 days that I was at Enlight, I started the 12 Steps, I picked up my first sponsor, and most importantly, I found myself again. After years of suffering with a clouded conscience and minimial self-confidence, the staff here helped me regain my sense of belonging and made me feel proud of who I am. Chef Carlito went from being the guy who prepared all the meals 6 days a week to being a true friend to me. Mish and Will consistently made sure that I was comfortable during my time at the facility, and also ensured that my after-care plans were the best they could offer. The entire IMS team; Chase, Charles, West, Atom, Anna, and Chris always offered their friendship and conversation no matter the time of day. The clinical staff; Yayé, Narine, Karen, Kristen, and Jen helped me examine my deficiencies that I developed while in active addiction so that I could work to rebuild, and find my true sense of self once more. Lastly, thank you to Dr. Albert and Vahe for allowing me the opportunity to show my true character under a supreme level of care. Enlight truly saved my life, and I will be forever indebted to this great organization.

A close friend of my mine was battling with years of alcohol addiction. We had taken him to multiple detox centers here in New Jersey where we live but nothing would really change in his behavior. He would maintain a few weeks of sobriety but would always end up back to the bottle. Finally we found Enlight Treatment Center after a few psychiatrists here in New Jersey had recommended we come out to california to get our friend the help that he needs. Its been about two years since he completed the program at Enlight and we never thought he would be where he is today. 2 years sober with a healthy family life. Man, cant thank Enlight enough for the work that they have done for us, my friend and his family. If youre looking for a detox facility, dont waste time looking elsewhere. Enlight is one of the only places for detox and mental health rehabilitation that offers psychiatric care in person. They had 3 different MD psychiatrists that we meet in person and address all substance abuse and mental health needs in person as opposed to other centers that only see clients over zoom. Enlight has been the last stop. The staff is amazing, the chef is phenomenal and the energy there is just different

Amazingly caring and qualified staff; people that actually have a genuine interest in your recovery (not something that can be said for most rehabilitation programs). Diverse and dynamic curriculum that keeps days from feeling mundane/repetitive, the groups are not cookie-cutter bs. The Canyon really goes the extra mile to advocate for their clients, ensure a healthy recovery environment, and inspire real change in the people they work with. 10/10 would recommend, special shout out to Antonio, Jesse, Lee, and the rest of the staff at canyon, will miss my time here!

Antonio’s class is always a full house! He is able to make behavioral modification happen on the spot. We had four people relinquish their vapes, and one by one threw them away in the trashcan. He puts 110% into saving lives here, and he’s a local celebrity here for good reason, and it’s more than his motivational classes, it’s his on-point mentorship.

I have been to a multitude of treatment centers in and outside of California, Avedis Recovery is by FAR the most caring, authentic, and helpful place I have ever been to. It is the ONLY place that I was able to stay sober during my entire time and where I was able to find the confidence in myself to stay sober and where I found real growth. They care. Every other treatment center it was very clear that the management and program directors were really only involved for the money. The program director at Avedis is not, he and all other staff GENUINELY CARE!! Usually at other places you never see the director but here you see him almost everyday, he is involved and genuinely cares about people here and their sobriety. With the help of Avedis Recovery I was able to gain a newfound confidence in myself, my family’s trust, my faith in God, and most of all a clear and sober mind. To morning groups and connections at AA meetings and finding the right people who understands what you’re going through. Also they help you find sober living after completing the program so you can continue on the right path.

I had the privilege of coming here for detox and couldn't be more appreciative of the staff and accommodations here. I stayed for 2 weeks and was constantly catered to by all of the staff. Truly a 5 star experience while going through the worst time of my life. The people here truly treat you like their own family. I don't know how they manage to deal with several emotional people all day every day and still manage to give everybody specialized individual attention but they do. I came in there like a wrecking ball and they still took great care of me. Even the chefs cater to everybody's personal needs. I'll be 200 days sober in 2 days and probably wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for this place. A very delayed review, but anybody questioning if they should stay here or not should have no question about it and choose Maple Moon for their recovery.
