I have been going to Inner Peace since prior to the pandemic. I had a quick onboarding experience and was paired with the best therapist I could ever ask for. I've been with her for almost 5 years and have experienced tremendous growth as a person. I work with my therapist virtually and prefer it. I highly recommend Inner Peace!!

It was an absolute blessing to work with Brooke and the results were nothing less than amazing. I've done talk therapy before in the past with good results, but effect with EMDR was life altering and game changing. She was easy to talk to, brought keen insights, and will definitely be using her services in the future. I will strongly recommend her to anyone.

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

I ve been doing therapy with Brooke for less than 6 months and have gotten a ton of relief from past trauma and current stressors. We do EMDR as well as CBT and both have had a tremendous impact on my trauma responses and anxiety. Allison in the front office is also great! Extremely thoughtful and helpful. I m really glad I wound up here. In person sessions, especially with the right therapist, are unparalleled.

I had the pleasure of working with Brooke. She was the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Brooke is calm, sweet and thoughtful. She listens with intent and always asks the right question. I have learned a tremendous amount about myself and many tools on how to cope with my anxiety, stress, and depression. I would stay with her forever if I could, but my insurance didn't allow that to be so. If you are looking for an intelligent and kind soul to guide you through tough times, Brooke is your girl.

I have been a patient at Inner Peace for several years. I initially began seeing the psychologist Jennifer, after experiencing panic attacks and anxiety. Through a combination of counseling, medication and meditation, I am much calmer and better able to deal with the stresses of life. I am much less absorbed by work drama which was a major issue for me prior to going to Inner Peace. You do have to put in some time and work to have a positive outcome, but this is true of anything. You have to take lessons and practice to learn how to play golf; mental health improvement is similar. As a guy in my fifties, I wish I had started this much earlier in my life. Inner Peace offers multiple approaches to mental health care and I have found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. My counselor is very caring and intuitive. She sees issues that the patient may not realize and gives very useful advice. I highly recommend both mental health treatment and the services of Inner Peace.

Carrye is in a word, extraordinary. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and knows when to push and when to change topic. She is the type of therapist anyone with trauma will love and appreciate. Her validations, guidance, and kindness helped me to make my way through a 2+ year depression, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with her.

The therapist we've used (two) were decent however, the office staff was awful! They NEVER return phone calls even after multiple attempts and gave us such a hard time with insurance even though its covered. They didn't submit codes and wouldn't respond to our calls. They would cancel appointments without notifying or confirming with me as well as not cancel appointments I'd called and left several messages about with no response. Therefore I was charges a much larger amount (4X) what I should have had to pay for a missed appointment that I made every effort to reschedule in advance. When I finally got ahold of the lady who runs the office I was met with rudeness and horrid customer service. I would definitely NOT recommend this practice!

I had received a letter from my provider terminating my services after 3 sessions, after having improvements in my care and outcomes. The reason they had stated for termination, was something I had informed them of in intake. I am shocked and surprised this has happened with no warning nor prior conversation. This makes me feel abandoned and rejected. I would have liked for them to tell me immediately if I was not a good fit for services, rather than us building a relationship and starting to make progress.I do not recommend this agency.
