Other Forms of Payment

insurance iconInsurance accepted

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal. The length of stay at the detoxification program is determined according to the specific needs of the patient.
partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a short-term form of intensive rehab, usually for those with acute symptoms that are hard to manage but don’t require 24-hour care. PHPs have structured programming (i.e. individual and/or group therapy), and usually meet 3-5 days a week for around 6 hours (i.e. 9am-3m). Some PHPs are residential (patients sleep on site) and some are not, so patients sleep at home. PHPs can last from 1-6 months, and some offer transportation and meals.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.
sober-living iconSober Living Homes
Sober Living Houses (SLHs), aka sober homes or halfway houses, are safe, substance-free, supportive living facilities for those recovering from substance abuse. Ideal for those who've just been through inpatient or outpatient treatment, SLHs are supervised environments with rules that support sobriety, such as curfews, shared chores, and therapeutic meetings. Residents are also often trained on life skills and coping skills to make it easier to transition into society. SLHs also provide a strong sense of community that can lead to the kind of deep and lasting connections with other sober individuals that supports a new, healthy lifestyle.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in California teaches participants constructive ways to stay clean and sober. Treatment revolves around helping individuals stop using the substance they are addicted to and learn healthy habits to avoid relapse.

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Facility is open and spacious with a patio and pool. Low occupancy means a better staff-to-client ratio. Three therapists provide excellent group therapy and one-on-one therapy. The Twelve Steps are supplemented with other tools for recovery, including self reflection, meditation, and relaxation. Tech staff is both professional and personable. On site nurse handles medications and other client needs. Food prepared by a dedicated chef is exceptional: healthy, balanced, delicious meals with lots of variety, and requests are taken for dietary needs or just general preference. Outings range from meetings (AA, NA, CA, CMA, etc,) to beach day to shopping at the store for needed items. I am glad I chose INDAH for the start of my recovery.

This place is truly great and unique. Beautiful setting. Staff are all very professional, friendly and passionate about what they do. They maintain a healthy and safe environment with only up to six clients at a time so you get the care you need and don t get lost in the shuffle. If you are in need of treatment I highly recommend Indah Recovery.

I cannot say enough good things about Indah Recovery. Indah Recovery gave me all of the tools needed to be successful in my journey to stay sober, if I apply them. The staff is amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable. The in processing was quick and easy. The staff that was there, James and Jed, took me to my room and then showed me around. Dinner was ready in the kitchen, and they made sure I got something to eat after a long drive. The staff, James, Jed, Jen, Austin, Bonnie, Vicky, and Kim made sure that I had everything that I needed while I was there and if they did not have it, I was able to get it. They took us to the beach, to see the sunset at Dana Point, the outlet malls, and to several evening meetings. Everyone was there for me, even if I just needed to talk. The talks I had with James throughout my stay, truly changed my life. He truly cares and I enjoyed every second of our conversations. The case managers, Vegas and Makenzie, were unbelievable. I never had to worry about a thing. They had it done, before I could even ask if it was being worked on. Vegas went through all of my paperwork with me, before I left, and made sure I had all the tools needed to succeed when I left. Vegas is one of a kind! He cares so much about your sobriety and will do anything in his power to help you. I will forever be grateful for him!The Chef, Rachel, is one of a kind. She is an unbelievable chef, but even a better person. Every morning when I walked into the kitchen, she had a big smile on her face and greeted me. Our conversations were real. She listened to me when I was having both good and bad days and was never too busy to do so. When I was wanting a meal that reminded me of home, she made sure I had it. I never had a meal that was bad or just ok. Her food is always delicious. Rachel, thank you for everything. You are an amazing woman. The treatment team, Deb and Meggan, are world class. I will be indebted to both of these ladies for the rest of my life. They helped me change my life, and I could not have been in a better place mentally when I left. With the mental tools they gave me, I know I can succeed if I do it one day at a time. Deb you helped me find the man I had been looking for and knew was in there. For that I am so grateful. You were at the top of grateful list this morning!Nurse Laura is very good at what she does. She makes sure you have all that you need. If she does not have it, she will get it!You cannot have such a great place and staff without a great leader. Clay, the Director, is the best. He was easy to talk to and cared about your recovery. Nothing tells me more about a leader than how their staff respects them. Clay is respected by everyone there and they work hard for him. Clay, thank you for everything. You are missed.I'm so glad that I made it to Indah Recovery. It changed my life in so many ways. Thank you.

What a wonderful place. I was given so many tools for recovery. The staff is amazing. From start to finish I was treated with care, respect and love. I just can not say enough about my experience at Indah. I was greeted at the door by Vegas a smiling face, full of energy and positivtiy.I had the opportunity to spend time healing and laughing with Vegas. Vegas was the first and last person I had the privilege of working my case with .I am blessed to have encountered this amazing soul, what a gift. My group leader Deb, taught me so many tools for sobriety. Nurse Laura was so kind and full of knowledge she made me feel so cared for. James, took me to meetings and the sunsets. Jed and Austin were amazing at night. Very profesinal and at the same time fun, fun, fun.Rachel is an awsome chef. She always made sure that I had great healthy meals. As well as sweet treats. My private sessions with Megan were so important to my future relationships. The facility was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable .I just passed my 50 days of sobriety and because of Indah I feel that I will succeed!! Last but not least I met a life long friend in Nick we have close to the same SOBER day, and we have been in close contact. Great Place all the way !!!!!!!
