HGR drug rehabs San Diego was the best residential inpatient addiction treatment center I have attended. I was in the inpatient drug rehab for 30 days. I received an individualized treatment plan and spoke with a credentialed substance abuse counselor every day. After completing this level, I went to the intensive outpatient program or their IOP drug rehabs Escondido, California center. Here I went three times a week for 3 hours each time. This was convenient and I was able to continue working while going through this stage. Nora, their CEO met with me almost every day to make sure I was progressing. Once completing the IOP I went to their outpatient drug rehabs Escondido center. I still call their every month. Let me tell you, this place saved my life. If they did not take my insurance, I would have stopped looking for substance abuse treatment.

Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.
outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one’s body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program
Commonly known as "day treatment," a partial hospitalization program (PHP) is an intensive form of outpatient treatment where clients meet during the day and return home in the evening. PHP treatment doesn't require 24-hour care and often serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization or a step-down after a residential program. With PHP treatment, you can receive daily support for 6 to 8 hours which includes evidence-based therapies and medication management. The cost of PHP treatment typically varies but averages 90 days.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) support a client's sustained sobriety as they exit detox or step down from an inpatient program. IOPs are also designed for clients who are at an elevated risk of relapse. Intensive outpatient treatment typically requires clients to engage in a minimum of nine hours of therapy per week, but clients may receive up to 20 therapeutic hours weekly. IOP treatment modalities often combine psychotherapy, recovery-focused life skills training, and medication assisted treatment (MAT).
sober-living iconSober Living Homes
Sober living homes in California offers an intermediate sober environment that has less structure than inpatient rehab but more than typical home environments. This makes it a good option for those who have concerns about transitioning back to the "real world" after treatment. Residents can typically live at the halfway house as long as they want, if they are willing to follow house rules. These may include a curfew, chores, and maintaining a job.

Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
teen-program thumbnail image
Teen Program

They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Clinical Services

Individual therapy for drug addiction includes a customized treatment plan that considers your history and life circumstances. During your therapy sessions, the therapist helps you uncover underlying issues and triggers for addictive behavior that support a holistic approach to recovery.

During group therapy, men and women learn to express their emotions openly in a non judgmental setting. This helps you process your feelings and reduces feelings of social isolation that are often associated with addiction.

Family therapy offers a platform for members to have an open dialogue about the challenges that addiction has placed on the family unit. Through guided sessions, therapists can help families develop healthy communication skills and address unresolved issues. By working together toward a common goal, they help to support their loved one's sobriety.

Cognitive behavioral therapy in California is a method that therapists often use for the effective treatment of substance use disorders. It is based on the principle that substance abuse stems from unhelpful ways of thinking and patterns of behavior, which can be changed by helping the individual learn better ways of coping.

While participating in dialectical behavior therapy in California, you'll focus on four key areas of skill development: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Treatment includes weekly individual and group sessions.

The goal of creative arts therapy in California is to encourage growth and transformation. It can be used in individual and group settings with both children and adults. Options include movement, music, and painting.

Recreational therapy is included in alcohol and drug addiction treatment to focus on engaging you in healthy activities that reduce your cravings and improve your overall health and well being. When you participate in group sports, art, or nature walks, you develop new interests and find a meaningful way to spend your time and reduce your cravings.

I was looking for an inpatient drug rehab in the San Diego area. I came across HGR drug rehabs in an article that said they accept most health insurances. I ll admit, I was a little skeptical. When I called, I found out they did accept my health insurance for their IOP drug rehab and their outpatient addiction treatment center. I really felt the difference of this program over the other three I had attended. The substance abuse counselors really care for you. Many times, I would call them in the middle of the night, and sure enough they picked up the call. I would definitely recommend HGR drug rehabs San Diego to anyone who needs substance abuse rehabilitation.

Response from the owner2 years ago
Todd, thank you for letting everyone know we accept most health insurances. Our drug rehabs San diego accepts Aetna and Cigna health insurances as the most popular. However, we also accept TriCare goverment insurances. Finding drug rehabs in San Diego that accept Aetna health insurance is a difficult task. There are many things to consider when seeking a drug and alcohol addiction treatment center. There are several different options when seeking substance abuse addiction treatment. In this article we will provide the best drug rehab San Diego offers accepting Aetna health insurance. We will outline the basic options for drug and alcohol addiction treatment. Drug rehab San Diego options include some basic substance abuse rehabilitation services. These are the core services that are offered to help individuals suffering from substance abuse. Below are the basic medical services provided by drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers. - Alcohol detox center - Opiate drug detox centers - Residential inpatient drug rehabs - IOP drug rehabs San Diego - Outpatient addiction treatment These are the basic services that are offered. Most likely you will start with in alcohol detox or opiate drug detox. The brain and the body must be free of all drugs and alcohol before starting the treatment process. Depending on the length of the addiction and substance is used you will either start out as an inpatient or an outpatient client. This determination will be done over the phone one calling addiction treatment centers to get help. Finding Drug Rehabs Near Me that accept Aetna Health Insurance in San Diego is a difficult task. This is a common search term on Google for people seeking addiction treatment. You must be careful on the results of this search term. HGR drug rehabs is one of the best addiction treatment centers in Southern California. We ve spent a lot of time to provide comprehensive information on our website that is unparalleled by other drug rehabs. Often times when you search drug rehabs near me that accept Aetna health insurance you will get a lot of lead generation companies. These companies are not addiction treatment centers. They are only interested in generating the lead and selling it to other drug and alcohol rehab centers. It is much better and safer to deal directly with the actual treatment center when you call from Google. Be sure to check and make sure that you are speaking to the exact treatment center in that exact city and not a referral service. It is 5 star reviews like yours that help us help others. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for the best drug rehabs San Diego, you have found it here. HGR drug rehabs San Diego has helped where 5 other addiction treatment centers have failed. They got me in for an alcohol detox the same day.I could tell they were different because the Owner, Nora Jenkins answered the phone when I called for help. I saw a post on Facebook that said they accepted most health insurances. They sure do, but that is not the difference. After detox, the Doctor placed me in their inpatient addiction treatment center. I was there for about 15 days. I then went to their intensive outpatient program, or IOP drug rehab in San Diego. Here I gotrelapse prevention training that I am using today to stay clean. I am greatful that they helped me get my life back under control. Thank you, HGR Drug rehabs San Diego!

There were about 20 outpatient drug rehabs San Diego near me addiction treatment options. After reviewing many of these websites I came across HGR Drug Rehabs. What impressed me the most was that the information on their website explaining drug and alcohol addiction was so much better than the other addiction treatment centers websites. I really connected with the information and struggles they educated on.I decided to call their IOP drug rehabs San diego rehabilitation centers. I spoke with their CEO, Nora Jenkins. She did everything she could to make sure that I received help that day for my opiate addiction. Fortunately for me they accepted my health insurance and got me into their opiate detox centers in San Diego the same day. After 7 days I entered their outpatient drug rehab. This intensive outpatient program met three times per week for three hours each day. This allowed me to continue working while getting the help I needed.during the outpatient addiction treatment centers program the group sessions were helpful. These were run br degreed professionals and allowed for about 20 of us getting help to share our struggles. They also made sure we were connected in Alcoholics Anonymous and the 12-steps. If you want the best outpatient drug rehabs San Diego offers that accepts most health insurances, you need to go to HGR.
