HGR Mental Health Services is absolutely life saving. The staff is extremely well trained and knowledgeable in many different mental illnesses and disorders. Their staff specializes in truly understanding the brain and how everything is affected. They are proficient in educating individuals on many different tools they can utilize to work through traumas and triggers. I really recommend to anyone that needs the help.

They got me in for an alcohol detox the same day.I could tell they were different because the Owner, Nora Jenkins answered the phone when I called for help. I saw a post on Facebook that said they accepted most health insurances. They sure do, but that is not the difference. After detox, the Doctor placed me in their inpatient addiction treatment center. I was there for about 15 days. I then went to their intensive outpatient program, or IOP drug rehab in San Diego. Here I gotrelapse prevention training that I am using today to stay clean.
