Matthew Martin 1 year ago I attended their inpatient addiction treatment program, Crestone Residential Treatment Services (CRTS) in 2019-2020. This was the best experience I've had at a treatment center. Their entire staff was nothing but supportive and helpful time and time again (Carol was my fave 😁), and their way of showing each of their patients that they were genuinely invested in each of us and our success seemed effortless, second nature. I stayed for 60 days and didn't have a single negative experience that entire time (except for when Shah's Kababs came around again on the meal schedule and the staff decided to order from a different place knowing I was counting down the days before I could order another Falafel Sandwich.... But I guess we can leave it in the past) I'm only leaving a comment now because I've been recommending CRTS Everytime I discuss treatment with a friend ever since and when i needed inpatient again last year I tried to reach out but never got a response and one friend was told they had closed. . So if this is correct can you guys please remove it from your list of provided services or add a note about how CRTS is no longer offered, or any type of clear confirmation? From a clients point of veiw it, it was a good place. There is a problem with not having enough staff some nights so i would have to go to another Cottage for the night. The staff was really nice no matter where I was and i know that the staff has to deal with kids that can be challenging at times . The cottages were clean,orderly,and good sized. One of the better places i have been at. the theripists were professional and productive. I would vist this place again if i was in crisis. They are overall a very solid place to receive care. The facility is clean, the food is good, and overall the staff is very kind. (There are a few staff members who were a bit rude but mostly the people are nice). They keep things well organized and they have a nice balance between groups and down time. They are strict in what is allowed in. I had shoes that had a very small amount of elastic they did not allow in and then lost upon discharge. The second time I was there, I was wearing sweats (no hood or strings) before I changed into paper scrubs at the hospital I was transferred from. They held my clothes in contraband the entire time with no explanation. This led to me having to be discharged in paper scrubs. They specialize in acute (short term) care. Both times I have been in, I was rushed out before I truly felt ready to leave. The time my clothes were held in contraband, one of the techs reassured me that I would have time to change into clothes but the nurse who discharged me just rushed me out the door because my ride was waiting. I understand they have a high turnover of patients but it felt so weird and impersonal. But overall, this place is a good place to receive stabilization in a time of crisis. They are well stocked, well organized, and the units are more comfortable than other places I have been. Roxy Kittens 4 weeks ago People on here aren't giving this place justice. I attended their inpatient addiction treatment program, Crestone Residential Treatment Services (CRTS) in 2019-2020. This was the best experience I've had at a treatment center. Their entire staff was nothing but supportive and helpful time and time again (Carol was my fave 😁), and their way of showing each of their patients that they were genuinely invested in each of us and our success seemed effortless, second nature. I stayed for 60 days and didn't have a single negative experience that entire time (except for when Shah's Kababs came around again on the meal schedule and the staff decided to order from a different place knowing I was counting down the days before I could order another Falafel Sandwich.... But I guess we can leave it in the past) I'm only leaving a comment now because I've been recommending CRTS Everytime I discuss treatment with a friend ever since and when i needed inpatient again last year I tried to reach out but never got a response and one friend was told they had closed. . So if this is correct can you guys please remove it from your list of provided services or add a note about how CRTS is no longer offered, or any type of clear confirmation? I've searched the internet for hours on at least 3 different occasions looking for something. I never get called back when leaving messages.

This is my first time at that clinic in Pueblo. Had to get a copy of a sonogram/CAT scan they don't get it at the Lindstrom clinic in Colorado Springs right now due to rebuilding the first floor pretty much because of a water leak in the building the clinic is just off the 25 easy access it's surrounded by the Hampton Inns another hotels. What makes this place are the girls themselves that show up wanting their kids back. There's a lot of humanity here. The staff are a bit disorganized in how they approach us and what they expect of us but this place got me clean and sober and now I have six months! I wouldn't have changed anything for the world. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome Staff (With One Exception) I cannot say enough good things about the front reception area at Gateway to Success, Cindy and the whole crew up front are absolutely awesome! They are welcoming, helpful, and always make you feel supported the second you walk through the door. Huge shout-out to the UA staff as well, they do a fantastic job and handle everything professionally. The only downside to my experience here is the instructor for the Tuesday morning class at 8:00a. To put it bluntly, he is completely in the wrong line of work. That being said, the administrative and support staff are so incredibly great at what they do that they still earn every bit of a 5-star review from me. Thank you, Cindy and team!

I was a part of their diversion program. From a clients point of veiw it, it was a good place. There is a problem with not having enough staff some nights so i would have to go to another Cottage for the night. The staff was really nice no matter where I was and i know that the staff has to deal with kids that can be challenging at times . The cottages were clean,orderly,and good sized. One of the better places i have been at. the theripists were professional and productive. I would vist this place again if i was in crisis.

I saw her for a year or two when I was a teenager, way back in the 1990s. I was too young and ignorant to be capable of really getting anything out of therapy, but she made a heroic effort to try to help me. She was inclusive of LGBTQ+ people at a time and in a city where that wasn't yet very common. I didn't appreciate her enough at the time and I will always feel guilty about that.

Coming into Peaks, I knew I needed a change, but I didn’t fully understand how much this place and the people here would impact my life. The staff genuinely care about the people they work with, and they create an environment where you can actually focus on getting better, figuring yourself out, and building a better life. What really stood out to me was the sense of community. You aren't treated like just another person going through a program. You build real connections with the other guys, share experiences, laugh together, struggle together, and encourage each other to keep moving forward. Those relationships became a huge part of my recovery. The staff have been supportive, patient, and willing to meet me where I was at. They helped me look at things differently and gave me tools that I can take with me long after leaving Peaks. I'm leaving with a completely different mindset than I had when I walked through the doors. I know recovery is something I have to continue working on every day, but Peaks gave me a foundation, the tools, and the confidence to keep doing it. Peaks will forever hold a place in my heart. If you are looking for help with depression, addiction, alcoholism, trauma, anxiety, body image issues… you name it. This is the place that will not only help you, they will LOVE you through it! From the moment I called, I felt loved and cared for. Angela - You are an Angel! Angela kept in contact with me several times a day until I was on a plane to CO. As soon as I got there, Katie picked me up from the airport, she was a doll! She made me feel so comfortable going in. I met with a few staff members, and stayed in “detox” for 2 days. When I first got to the Women’s house, I met Miss. Pat - She’s the most incredible woman I’ve ever met. I’ll never forget her. EVER. I went in for Trauma and Depression. Within 7-10 days, I could tell my life was changing. I had never felt this good in my life. Chris, Bobbie, and his team hired a staff that is like nothing I would have ever imagined. From the Director (Sara), Doctors, Therapists/Counselors (Kate, Madi, Shayna, Sam), PA’s (Alyson), Gym Instructors (Nicole and Dan), my caseworker, Tyler, the chef, Taylor, and the staff (Miss. Pat, Cassie, Leah, Kayla, Mariano, Julie, and Cheyanne), - They are all AMAZING! Everyone has a heart of gold! Each week in group they discuss a topic. The topics discussed are LIFE CHANGING! There are things in life that you think you know, you don’t. I learned so much in group and I’ll hold onto that info for life. I also met with my Therapist/Counselor Kate, 2-3x a week. Kate is part of the reason I am who I am today. ❤️ I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for a place that will truly save your life, Peaks is where you want to go. Sandstone is an overall good program. My child learned a lot and made a lot of progress dyeing his time here. The facility has great staff who really care. The parent support group is a valuable support with lots of good information as well as giving parents a space eith other parents who know what it's like. I would recommend Sandstone at Cascade to any family battling with addiction and mental health.

I am so thankful for help that Sandstone Care provided for my daughter and the support for me and my husband through parent support meetings and family counseling. During a time of severe postpartum depression, I was inpatient at Peak View twice. They are overall a very solid place to receive care. The facility is clean, the food is good, and overall the staff is very kind. (There are a few staff members who were a bit rude but mostly the people are nice). They keep things well organized and they have a nice balance between groups and down time. They are strict in what is allowed in. I had shoes that had a very small amount of elastic they did not allow in and then lost upon discharge. The second time I was there, I was wearing sweats (no hood or strings) before I changed into paper scrubs at the hospital I was transferred from. They held my clothes in contraband the entire time with no explanation. This led to me having to be discharged in paper scrubs. They specialize in acute (short term) care. Both times I have been in, I was rushed out before I truly felt ready to leave. The time my clothes were held in contraband, one of the techs reassured me that I would have time to change into clothes but the nurse who discharged me just rushed me out the door because my ride was waiting. I understand they have a high turnover of patients but it felt so weird and impersonal. But overall, this place is a good place to receive stabilization in a time of crisis. They are well stocked, well organized, and the units are more comfortable than other places I have been.

The treatment throughout the day is exactly what you would want in a behavior health center. The doctors and staff that I seen were all professional. 9 out of 10 times I'm guessing they are doing their best. Which is exceptional. Give better reviews
