Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

New seasons definitely made it possible for me to change my life around and to get it back. They have traveled the journey with me of getting clean and making a recovery. That is wonderful and extremely noticeable to all of my peers and family. I m proud to say that I m excited to see the faces Through new seasons every morning when I go, they help brighten my day and remind me that I have a lot to live for and to fight for and stay clean. I haven t met one single person from new season that works there or even that attends there with me that isn t a wonderful person , I ve never met such a group of people that works somewhere in that type of Field that is completely as genuine as the staff at new seasons is about their patients recovery, they want to give the best service to each and everyone of us. I wish I would have known about new seasons because I would have been able to make my recovery a lot sooner I want to find a way to get it out there to others in that new seasons is here and ready to help them. If they re ready for the help they definitely do not make you feel embarrassed or bad about anything that brought us here. They re just glad to have us here and help us recover and be the best person that we can be for ourselves and our loved ones from the time I walk into the door and check in with Miss beautiful I call her, but Miss Taylor, Miss Teresa, my counselor, Mr. Steve, the Director, Mr. Preston, another counselor, Mr. Alicia, my head, nurse, and the nursing staff, Miss Tonya, and absolutely everyone that I missed putting in this review because I m running out of space I could give 10 stars I would give 20 but I can only give five but their way more than a 5 Star Treatment Center. I just wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to my hero, new seasons, treatment center and the entire staff there as well as the entire patient crew and I m gonna do my best to get the word out for others to know about new seasons, and how wonderful, they are and how hard they work to make sure we have a better life a huge thank you and much love!-Abby

My fianc and I have been going to this treatment center for 2.5 years and we love it! It has helped change our lives. While going here we have gotten our lives back. We pay out of pocket bc we currently are uninsured but we are still able to pay due to the low cost of going here. And if I am being honest we probably spent more money back then on drugs than what it cost to stay clean and paying for our medicine daily. It is totally worth coming here. Everybody is so nice and helpful. I love my counselor Preston! He s the best!! And Angie of course! All the ladies who give out medicine are sweet and professional. I have had only one concern this entire time and have told my counselor and the director. I won t mention the person here bc I don t want her poor attitude to reflect on the rest of the staff and GMTC. This place has helped us so much and I hope that this review will help convince anyone seeking help to come here and begin anew!! We do recover!!

This is literally my first review of anything ever, but Preston at New Season has changed my life. He always has my back and is so supportive, understanding and kind. The entire nursing staff run the show with the care and patience of saints. It's very humbling to walk through those doors and ask for help. There's a lot of fear of change and judgement and I'm so grateful for the respect and compassion I've been shown. I know I'm in a safe place where I can get through the growing pains of transitioning into this new beautiful life they've shown me!

I do not typically write reviews, but this has been weighing on my heart and I m just hoping that someone from corporate will see this and make changes based off this. So, I have been a patient for a little over 2 months. I m sure like many others - I had tried quitting on my own several times and failed each time. A friend of mine who lives in a different city had recently been down this route and recommended I try it. I was scared, nervous and very anxious and I spent hours one weekend looking into different local facilities and I read every website and every review. After finding this website and with its close location to me - I decided to pick up the phone and call up there with my list of a million questions.Thankfully, Preston answered the phone! He was extremely kind, patient and he answered my questions extremely professionally but at the same time he was very down to earth and didn t act like I was bothering him. And it s no exaggeration when I say that he spent an hour on the phone with me! lol This put me completely at ease and he had answered all the questions exactly how I was hoping. However, later that day - I realized I had one or two more questions and so I called back up there. I guess maybe the after hours people answered and that lady (never got her name) had a really thick accent and she was rude and acted like I was annoying her by asking a question. She didn t even seem to know the answers. This is what REALLY concerns me because if she had answered the first time I called - I can guarantee you that I would NOT be at this facility and potentially not even in treatment at all today because I doubt that I would not have attempted to call back. And so I pray that doesn t happen to someone else. Also, I feel extremely blessed to have gotten Juanita as my counselor! She is an absolute godsend. I did not know what to expect and wasn t too thrilled about having to meet with a counselor as part of my treatment plan anyways. However, she immediately put me at ease. The day of my intake - I was unsure how to answer the intake questions, but as I have continued coming - she has helped me to discover different ways that she can help me. I feel extremely comfortable talking with her and with being 100% honest with her without feeling judged. She even allows me just to stop in her office on days I m not scheduled to as long as no one else is in there. I probably go in there multiple times a week just to talk to her - which is a complete shock to me. She has absolutely helped me especially on days that may be triggers - like payday or even when I was completely terrified to let my mom know that I was in treatment. She is extremely easy to talk to and I feel blessed to have been placed with her.If I could give Preston and Juanita 100 stars - I absolutely would. I just hope that no one else Initially ends up talking to that second lady that I spoke with because my recovery experience would have been completely different (or may not have even happened) had she had been the first one to answer the phone! Otherwise, this place has been so wonderful and exactly what I needed for my recovery! Oh and I even just started attending group with Lisa and she is so sweet and always has a positive attitude. She would always say Good morning to me before I even actually met her through group. I know without a doubt that God definitely had his hand in placing me at this center with this group of people!
