outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

12-step icon12-Step

12 step programs are based on a model of life-long recovery and are rooted in peer support and spiritual development. Regular attendance at 12 step meetings is the cornerstone of treatment, as is the selection of a peer sponsor to guide participants through the steps of recovery. These steps are based on non-denominational spiritual principles and are designed to foster self-awareness, forgiveness, acceptance, and accountability. Specialized programs are widely available, including programs for teens, seniors, and families.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

A medically assisted detox is the safest way to remove addictive drugs and alcohol from your body. A team of licensed medical professionals will look after you 24/7 to monitor your health, help minimize discomfort, and provide medications if necessary to alleviate any withdrawal symptoms. This process is typically the first step in your recovery and may take around 5-7 days, although length will depend on your individual needs.

I have not any issues at all yet. I've seen some of the reviews on here. We as the patients are at fault, only because we should call a day ahead to make sure our appointment is on point if not you will the doctors. Or if someone is not going to be there they let you know. I messed up once thinking that the doctor would be there Thursday, and they are there certain days. So don't take it on them for bad appointment. These people has helped me with my mental health, and they accommodate to others too in case of emergencies, I seen it for myself. I think that's great because we can't be selfish and think you are the only one with the same problem, that I'm going through.

Nurses are amazing very nice people, giving it 3 stars for them but taking 2 away because of the doctors not deciding weather or not they stay or go.

Never on time , all over the place with scheduling appointments in a timely manner , I ve had something happen my last 4 visits , either the person seeing me was gone on lunch at the time they scheduled me, once they left for the day and I had taken off work early for the appointments, they are flexible for my work but never available, for example as I m typing this I m waiting and had a 9:30 appointment and told my job it would take 30 min because that s what I was told, now I m waiting because they gave me a completely different Dr for my meds / video chat , and I was suppose to get the same one because he s up to par with my story It s cheap and damn near free, but you can t get reliable out of it , but when you finally do get seen the staff is good and helpful. Just the scheduling is insane

Horrible place after all. Their billing department doesn t even know how to bill Tricare and they re located in a military town. The counselors are ok but the owners and insurance billing department need to find another occupation or learn how to do their job. Sad honestly!!!

The only reason I gave a 3 is because the Dr. Brian Lewis, has been awesome with me thus far. Mrs. Randa and Mrs. Gene, have both been awesome as well. When it comes to the 3 people that I deal with on a consistent basis, I give all of them the respect where it is due!!! AS far as the front desk staff, it can be 1,000x better. No one ever answers the phone which causes me to have to drive 40 mins just to walk in and I still get attitude...but, if someone answered the phone we wouldn't have this problem right! Even though I'm all over the place, Mrs. Randa and Dr. Lewis seems to all ways be very understanding

Administration is poor. They lack organization & responsibility. The therapist are awesome but there is no logistical support: phone system, records, insurance, prescriptions are a train wreck. I talked to Ms. Johnson and she was unable to follow through on any remedies she promised.

The nurses and therapists are good. Have a issue with some of the doctors not getting back to you or writing prescriptions consistently. Can be frustrating.
