Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Scheduling was simple. I was immediately comfortable when we began our session. I can't ask for a better experience.

The environment at GHCS isn't conducive to a positive mental health treatment plan. There is no continuity with therapists and patients as you're handed off to multiple therapists due to them quitting or being fired so often. They don't give you the courtesy of knowing until you attend your next appointment. They don't seem to make your mental health a priority.

Don't waste your time. I've been going to the Spring location for a year now. I've had THREE therapists quit during this year. My last therapist just quit last week and my daughter's therapist quit the week before. There's also a new receptionist there almost every time I'm there or there's no one at the front desk at all. There's also been times when I couldn't get a hold of anyone to change an appointment. This has been a waste of time and money since I've had to start over so many times I'm not seeing the progress like I should've by now.

We truly value your feedback and want to address the issue you raised regarding the turnover of staff at our office. We appreciate your understanding that staff changes can arise for a variety of reasons, both positive and challenging. It s an unavoidable part of any organization, and though we aim for a stable team, there are instances where circumstances necessitate adjustments. These changes do not necessarily imply that individuals have resigned; at times, it may be a result of ensuring the best fit for our clients by making decisions about the therapeutic team composition. It is also important to note that given the size of GHCS, with 4 locations, there are occasions when our support staff may need to assist at different sites to ensure comprehensive and efficient support for all of our clients, as well as much needed vacations for our staff. We understand that this may create a scenario where you encounter different faces during your visit. Please be assured that what may seem like turnover can often just be teamwork in disguise. That being said, we are genuinely sorry that you feel the experience has hindered you and your daughter s journey and we d love the opportunity to make this right. I was coming here for a while up until I had to update my insurance. I called several times, left voicemails with the front desk and the billing department, never got a call back. My insurance even tried to call them to explain that my insurance company did cover this service, and still no luck. I wouldn t recommend this place because they fail to contact people back.

It's a scam. Miscommunication, mix-ups, lack of accountability and incompetent. They're sure to put more stress on you than actually helping you. & they seem to not care AT ALL. DONT!
