I really liked my experience at Quantum Outpatient Rehab. The staff here truly feels like family — they’re caring, supportive, and always have your best interest at heart. You get to do lots of activities and outings, which make the experience fun and meaningful. I also gained so much knowledge about addiction and recovery that’s helped me in so many ways. I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done for me and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for real help, zero judgment and understanding.

I love to thank this place for taking care of my wife ann.She came there because the nursing home isn't have her or didnt know her bipolar meds and after my wife had an operation to get her gallbladder taken out this is where the problem started ans my wife went crazy.But after she went to barnabas health they took good care of my wife to the fullest.Some people have different opinions but this place did that and some.They took very very good care of her and they have there strict policies but requardless this place is the best.Thank you barnabas nurses and doctors for taking full.care of my wife and I give this place 5 full stars.joe

My mom had to go to the community two weeks ago. What an incredible turn around that hospital has gone through. The nurses and doctors were very attentive. They called in a doctor and did surgery in the middle of the night. They kept a nurse stationed outside my mom’s door in the er all night. My husband came to the ER in the middle of the night with a horrible bloody nose that had been treated previously with a rhino rocket that was causing him severe pain.

We came to the ER at 5am for our baby girl. We were taken in to see a doctor within 5 minutes. They diagnosed the troubled breathing and prescribed medication within 10 minutes. Very polite and professional staff, not pushy, left us alone to decide whats best for our baby. 5 stars all around

I cant even put into words the love that I have for the Staff here. Candace, Matt&Matt and the countless others that became a huge part of my life to this day four years ago. I owe these people my life for showing me that there is a way to live a Beautiful life substance free. My kids have a father because of these amazing people, which makes this that much harder to see what has happened to them. Toms River recovery doesnt exist without the staff of The Counseling Center. The amount of people they have helped surpasses anything I've ever seen in the recovery world in this state.They go above and beyond for their patients and im alive today because of them. I'm shocked an appalled to here about the staff no longer being employed there. Like I said this is the main center hub of the recovery network in Toms River without Candace Matt&Matt and their team the amount of lives that will be effected is insurmountable. Prayers going out to all this is going to effect and all I can do is hope they will be back!

I have been to different treatment centers in NJ, FL, and TX. It would be easy to become jaded after so many trips in and out of facilities and/or programs, however, TCC at Tom’s River was different from the start.
Bottom line is in my 3 stays, clinical director Candace made it clear she truly cares and takes an interest in the individual. Instead of getting lost through the cracks, or shooting myself in the foot as I tend to do, Candace and her staff made it clear that they would go to bat for me every step of the way, just as long as I was willing to go to bat for myself.
The entire experience I have had at TCC of Tom’s River has truly been the best and most comprehensive care I have ever received in a long line of other programs.
I highly recommend TCC at Tom’s River because the entire experience, from detox to IOP, is the reason that I gave recovery 3 more tries and felt comfortable coming back to recovery and staying with recovery till this day.

From the very first interaction, their intake and admissions team has been responsive, thorough, and incredibly supportive, ensuring that referrals are handled with the urgency and sensitivity they deserve. The clinical team at Rebirth is exceptional in their use of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.

We stayed here for a few days to get some much-needed time away. This is a great place for an individual retreat, couples, or even whole groups! The room was warm, clean, and bright. The views of the lake as autumn leaves fell and ducks swam was beautiful as we ate breakfast. The grounds and trails provided many places to stop, pray, and reflect. The common area had puzzles, games, and books for anyone to use. There were multiple places to sit, relax, and either enjoy some conversation or just be alone. Adjacent to the common area there is a small room with vending machines providing snacks, sodas, coffee, and tea. The breakfast in the dining area was excellent! The only complaint we have is that it will feel like too long before we can return again!

My father was recently admitted to the hospital and stayed in the Ackerman section on the 4th floor for 7+ days. I have to say that all the staff up there was exceptional. All the nurses, nurse techs, house keeping, nutrition, etc.. Anytime we had a question, they helped get the answer, they attended to my dads needs well. Thank you Matt, Marylen, Julianne, Niko, "Q" not sure how her name is spelled, but she was great! So many more but its hard to remember all the names.

My experience at Steps to Recovery has been great for the most part, the people and the environment are very welcoming and comforting. I have had some issues that have come up, but they usually get resolved. My only main gripe is with some of the other clients at the community living house fail to clean up after themselves, and some do not know self control. But, the staff here is very professional and easy to talk to. I find that the opportunities here for my recovery journey are pretty good, although I'd like access to more holistic therapy resources. I've actually personally facilitated a Dharma meeting and will facilitate more in the future. I appreciate my time here at STR and am excited for the future with them.

Through my recovery journey I have been to a number of treatment programs and facilities both php/iop-residential and have done well at most of them, but Footprints stands out as one of my favorites, by far, and the one I have made the most growth and progress at. I came in with a positive mindset, open to any and everything they had to offer and was able to really take advantage of it all. One thing I am most grateful for is the environment and community that grew my positive energy. Everyone from my APN, Dee, my therapist, Michael who I have learned so much from. Jose, my case manager who has always went above and beyond to facilitate any other needs I had. And for Melvin who always was a leader and ready with a smile and positivity. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session. I loved my time at pinelands, plain and simple. From the techs to the therapists. Every member of the staff is so supportive and knowledgeable about recovery, if you are struggling and considering treatment, this is the place to go. I couldn’t recommend Pinelands more! I had no idea what to expect starting my recovery journey and I was so broken down and feeling helpless. All of the staff at Pinelands help me feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported. The meetings were so helpful and introduced me to the AA Program which I had no familiarity with beforehand. Now I’m close to 9 months sober and owe it all to Pinelands. The alumni program run by Eric is such an amazing resource and I’m so happy to still be able to be connected with Pinelands even after leaving at the end of February. I don’t even know where to start. Pinelands Recover Center of Medford truly saved my life. When I walked through those doors, I never thought recovery was possible for me. I was broken, scared, and convinced I couldn’t change. But from the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the most caring, compassionate, and supportive team I’ve ever met. I got hit with the “welcome to the Ritz!” 🤣 IYKYK
The staff at Pinelands didn’t just treat me like a patient, they treated me like a person. Once you tell people you’re an addict, people never look at you the same but every single person went above and beyond to help me heal, rebuild, and believe in myself again. The facility was spotless and peaceful, and the food was really really good (seriously, better than I ever expected!). Everyone I spoke with there said that this is the best facility they’ve ever been to. It’s nice! I’m serious!!
I hid my disease from absolutely everybody, my family, friends and fiancé. I honestly feel like I got so lucky finding this place. Pinelands gave me something I never thought I’d have - a real second chance at life. Today, I’m almost 9 months sober. I also just got married a few weeks back and can honestly cry tears of pure happiness (actually happened this morning) because I’m living the life I once thought was impossible.
I remember reading reviews for this place before entering, so hopefully my review can help someone else like me 🩵 If you’re struggling, please believe me when I say this: if I can do it, anyone can. Pinelands gave me hope, STRENGTH, bravery and freedom. They helped me become the person I was always meant to be.

This place was great for me and I think it would be great for anyone who does it for the right reasons. They say we'll find whatever we're looking for and if you're looking for a good environment for treatment this is the place for you. The clinical staff was great. My therapist challenged me and I grew from it. The techs were hit and miss but anywhere I went I feel like its the same. When ppl care about their jobs and put their hearts in it, it really does make a difference in the lives of those struggling. The team at Recovery Village cared enough to do whatever they could to accommodate anyone and everyone. If you want recovery you have to work at it and this place provides the tools to make it just a little bit easier to accomplish.
