I came down here February 2024. I didn't have a dime to my name. But first step didn't care. They flew me down and got me in. PHP and IOP was challenging. But the clinical team made me get over my self to get the help I need. If it wasn't for first step and their sober living. I'm sure I would not be here now. Sober 1 year. Happy and at peace. This place is amazing. The best part is even though I completed he program. They are always there when life shows up. And still give me guidance. Thank you to the treatment team. They performed a miracle on me. I was near death, they brought me back to life with love and compassion. I can t even find the words to express how grateful I am. My case manager misty worked around the clock to see I received all the after care, the loa paperwork and a nightmare with my insurance. My therapist sandre met all my clinical needs above and beyond. Just to name a few. The bht staff amazing. I loved this place. The only issue I had there was aftercare. But it wasn't entirely their fault. I didn't have insurance and there wasn't enough time for them to do much when it came to that. But if not for the way things unfolded I wouldn't be where I am today with more than a year clean and doing so well. The only thing I wish is that it was a longer program with more aftercare. Other than that this place was great, great staff above all else. And man the food was amazing. The two woman chefs are absolutely incredible!

I have nothing but good things by a to say about this facility. I struggled with alcoholism for over 20 years. The staff was very helpful and welcoming g. Encouraging and inclusive. They have a lot of knowledge and insight on substance abuse. The housing was modern, well taken care of and clean. The one on one therapy was very beneficial, and my therapist really caring. I enjoyed the structure, and how the into to the sober community. I truly felt all my recovery needs were met while I was here.
