Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Programs

Teen Program
Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Therapy can help teenagers understand and work through underlying issues so they can reclaim the life ahead of them.

Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.

Child Program
The providers who specialize in the children's rehab space understand the specialized needs that this population faces. School-based and social services such as tutoring and family counseling are often central to treatment. Child programs may also address the needs of youth experiencing substance abuse in the home, including a parent's or sibling's addiction.

Clinical Services

Whether a marriage or other committed relationship, an intimate partnership is one of the most important aspects of a person's life. Drug and alcohol addiction affects both members of a couple in deep and meaningful ways, as does rehab and recovery. Couples therapy and other couples-focused treatment programs are significant parts of exploring triggers of addiction, as well as learning how to build healthy patterns to support ongoing sobriety.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Marcus Pelucio did not provide quality health care.He spoke in a condescending way by questioning if I attended medical school or took a chemistry class when I asked about a different drug than what I am prescribed. He let his ego get the best of him, and threatened to not send in my critically needed medication because I said I would no longer be returning as a patient. He also threatened to add to my health chart that I shouldn t be worked with by other doctors. I threatened to bring in lawyers and he quickly regressed. He made everything about him when asking questions about my symptoms, as if I was attacking his intelligence when trying to just understand on my end.He tried to cut our conversation short by lying and telling me we were over time when we were not and had to correct him.He told me he was losing his patience with me when I politely asked about symptoms I was experiencing and curious if it could be something else than what he originally thought. This is not something a doctor should ever say with a patient that is truly seeking medical help through an expensive conversation.I am sensitive to different manufacturers versions of a drug and have to call pharmacy every month to ensure I can find the right medication; Marcus nickel and dime-ed me when asking to transfer scripts. He offered no sympathy when asking him to just listen to my symptoms that were terrifying me and objectified how often I attend counseling. He left me feeling hopeless and worse off than before. He is careless in the dosage he prescribes. Only thanks to God for pulling me out of that mess.Do not trust this man. I wish I checked out his other reviews online before allowing his expertise impact my life. He won t be able to any longer, that is for sure.

They are simply unwilling to provide effective communication with patients.Mental health care already comes with too long wait times and so many barriers to receiving care. I feel for them in that regard, and while the wait for calls back for my initial booking was annoying I held on hoping. I shouldn't have, and it is not that difficult at other practices. It's downhill from there and even worse as soon as you become a patient. Basic communication with patients is just not that difficult. They are making a very active and informed choice in alienating their patients. They have chosen to make access to care more difficult. They have chosen to be a detriment to the well being of their patients. Please don't waste your time here, they do not care about even basic communication with their patients, how can you trust them with health care?

Years ago when I started here, it was pretty good. Over time, it has really devolved. It's difficult to get a human on the phone. TheMain office is almost always rude. And despite many laws which require them to provide me a copy of my medical record... I can't get it released to me. The new website doesn't really work. The actual medical staff are great, but it's not worth it.
