I had knee replacement surgery one year ago. Leading up to the surgery, physical therapy after surgery and my most recent year folliw-up has been a pleasant experience. I got into my appointments on the scheduled times and many times even early. The Doctors, nurses, and support staff all were very caring and concerned. Highly recommend Stoughton Hospital.

My experiences at Stoughton Health were so wonderful..it made me want to move here permanently! Everyone was helpful, professional and kind. The services were prompt; in fact I didn’t have to wait a bit for either appointment. Very impressed all around!

I really enjoyed all the staff they were so wonderful and courtesy. Especially the Dr. He had a way of telling me the bad news about not having knee surgery. When I left I was so confident that I could lose the weight. He is such a awesome DR. I have accepted his knowledge and I now see things differently. Thank you all.

I was seen at St Luke’s Hospital by attending physician Dr David Dierks for nausea related to my right knee replacement. I found Dr Dierks to be very professional and compassionate and I felt very well taken care of by all the staff there, including Brenda who was the admissions nurse and Lance who also saved me yet another visit the following day. It’s so comforting to know that when it is needed to go to the ED, that St Luke’s is there to help and make you feel comfortable and confident that you will be well taken care of. Thanks St Luke’s!!!

For the adolescent substance abuse program the clinicians are organized, fair, but above all skilled. Thankful to have such a good organization close to the Chicago area. Also, my teen said the food is good. Thank you, Rosecrance.

I can only attest to the counselor Becki that worked with our adult son. Otherwise my husband and I cannot comment on our son’s time there because he was released yesterday. Becki was responsive when I’d call. The first evening my son was there he hadn’t received his belongings and was worried and contacted us. I tried to get through to the facility but they were closed. The customer service line was inconsistent with their responses on how to handle this. A couple of customer service representatives told me that we’d get a call back from staff that evening and to no avail. We were exhausted and concerned about our son. The next day Becki the counselor contacted me. She listened to me and told me that our son was safe. She was patient, kind and respectful towards me. Our son thinks highly of Becki as well. Becki is absolutely the best at what she does and Rosecrance is blessed to have her on staff as one of their counselors. While my son was there, they experienced a Covid outbreak. There was apparently staff out so Becki filled in wherever there was a need. We hope that Becki is recognized by her commitment to those entrusted to her and that Rosecrance upper management will favorably acknowledge Becki for her outstanding work ethic and commitment to not only those in recovery who are fortunate to have her as their counselor, but her responsiveness with family members as well.

As a visitor, the ambience is inviting and the staff is very receptive and warm. I can see that Rosecrance has influenced my daughter in a positive way and sincerely offer hope for her clean recovery.
