This is a nice quiet place. My son loves the fact there are toys and nice play areas.

In all honesty people may talk down on greendale staff and the place that gave them a place to lay there head because they don't like rules which if they can't handle the rules and feed back that would help them out in life then that's on them and I wasn't too crazy about coming here seven months ago and I'm going on my 8th month and wanted to leave on my 2nd month but if you give the staff a chance to talk to them and interact with them then you would think twice about listening to others how horrible it is here which it isn't at all. I actually learned a lot here. I learned patience which I had none at all well very little when I got here now I can stand in line at a gas station for a hour and don't mind but what I'm trying to say is greendale helped me a lot and the staff does listen to your needs and concerns and everyone handles things differently in a positive way of course. Also they made me look at everyone isn't all bad people and everyone does things differently it's just that you want to change or be stuck at the bottom and they honestly opened my eyes and made me see the glass is always full and ever half full anywhere u go there's going to be that person who doesn't like something or someone well guess what that's life and if you want to change and I was very stubborn person words goes in one ear out the other and as time went on isnt like that for me anymore here not to kiss butt well put this if you want the help and want to stay clean and sober greendale and greendale staff is here 24/7 for who ever also the residents is pretty cool too.

I moved into greendale after a 30 day inpatient stay at rosecranse. Greendale helped guide me! The structure and accountability was detrimental to my life.The staff was amazing and were always there to help me! I'm extremely grateful for this program!

The staff here are very Kindhearted, Respectful and much more! I always look forward to my appointments at the clinic. This place feels like if it were my second home. They DEFINITELY know how to treat Veterans right!

Registration staff are great. Nurses are caring and professional. The doctors I’ve had are awful. Dr D T. Does not listen when I explain why I have come in she literally waves me off and says stop worrying, you’re ok. And I’m on my way. I have met with Dr. V. R. About severe pain in my left shoulder. She listens very kindly. Never looks at the site of pain where there is large lump. I got second opinion at UW and neurologist referred me to physical therapist because of swelling and pressure on nerve. This is starting to help and give me relief.

Rosecrance is a great place for learning survival copying, skills and techniques, including life lessons for all addictions. Thank you for being amazing I'm a fan and I have nothing to say but positive things about rosecrance and all that they offer and do.

Overall I felt that it was a good experience. At first I didn't understand why they called an ambulance for me. But I complied with them and I went to the hospital. I assumed that they knew what was best for me and them because earlier I had informed them that I have been thinking about checking out of this life. Also I hadn't taken my medication for that last 3 days. I am now taking my medication on time daily. I believe that Rosecrance is a very good place for anyone who needs help and hopefully they will accept me now that I am medication compliant.

This place helped turn my father in a completely different direction, I never would have thought he could be the man he is today. Thank u rosecrance

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY! They told me I was covered, then billed me anyway. I thought it must be a mistake. Then, when I drove 50 miles for my second appointment, they told me to get lost when I couldn't pay the bill for my first visit. I'm 60 years old. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a mental health clinic. PLEASE NOTE: all any of the negative reviews here get, is a canned response which tells you, "We do to care." If they cared, they wouldn't be treating their patients like piggy banks and responding to complaints with impersonal, canned garbage.

They have helped me more than any other therapy I have had. Great staff. Highly recommended!!👍👍

This was only for the ER nurse Matt and the doctor in the ER. They were the best ever?? But…..::after being admitted and they never got approval to give me a diflucan for the yeast infection in my tongue. I’m still suffering. 2 days after being released. When I called the hospital. The call center was so rude. I wanted to talk to my doctor. She couldn’t help me.. After being admitted in 6-12,-25 I got on the 3rd floor Neuro/critical care floor. my experience was horrible! I had to ask if I could try eating! I was thrashing in pain and the nurse had meds for me to take the whole time. She seemed to enjoy watching me suffer. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Except for a quick ER visit. These nurses took more time talking and laughing with each other than they do taking care of their patients. Except for one nurse, who was of color, but she did everything she could to explain that I don’t take syboxebe anymore, I still don’t. i only had to take it for back to back hip surgeries and my body became used to norco. Under the instruction of a doctor, he told me to stop taking sub ozone 24 hours before a surgery, then take norco’s or morphine as prescribed. Stop when pain stops and after 24 hours with no norco’s in my system , I was able to take 1 sobixene again. Which I haven’t had since June 2nd prior to my oral surgery. If that nurse hadn’t stayed late to help me, I never would have gotten anything. She was on the 6 am to 7 pm shift and didn’t leave until 8:29 pm. Please be sure she reads this. And tell her thank you for caring. The rest of the nurses and the care team lady. Need TRAINING or they need to find another profession. It’s up to hospital administrators to make sure the patients get the care they need. I would like a call back from that office please or I’ll be making more calls and filing written complaints. I’m a paralegal and I know my rights. Wendi Fosberg

The surgical staff saved my life by removing two large clots in each lung creating issues with my heart. I owe my life to them Top notch team

2 nurses and 1 doctor at emergency care saved my son’s life in 2024 during an anaphylaxis episode and I will be always thankful that ER still open. However they mentioned that they don’t have the all of the medication that’s they need or equipment to treat a lot of other emergencies, so we got transferred to the new hospital to continue for treatment once he was stabilized. WE NEED A HOSPITAL ON this side of the city or at least this doctors need to be given the medical equipment and medicine that’s they need to do do their work and most just to be left them alone on their own. They need support from their main hospital. Besides that’s they are really good doctors

I truly appreciate Jack and his program he has to offer. He is super knowledgeable of DUI and Other resources if needed, and truly wants to see progress for everyone!! His daughter Trisha is professional, wears a huge smile and is very friendly. They are a down to earth home grown facility that will help you get what you need done. Highly recommended.
