I received info about connections from my PCP, looking for a way to find a counselor or therapist in my post-partum phase that accepted my insurance. I called and spoke to Kathy: she was warm and empathic and it truly felt like she cared about my well-being. I gave her my info, preferences of what kind of therapist I was looking for, and then that day or the next she sent me a list of providers that were in my insurance network. She did ALL the hard work. I picked one and began therapy. It s one of the best things that s ever happened to me. She even followed up a week or so later to make sure I was alright and able to connect with a therapist. This was almost a year ago. I tell anyone I m able to about it because I truly believe this is such an incredible resource. Thank you!!!
