Dr K has been very helpful to me and the therapist I see has also been helping me with personal issues, I highly recommend them to help you!

A good spot to move forward in a positive direction

I think this place benefits everyone that comes to it. There was this one guy though that kept talking about getting loads all the time. There was another guy that was born a mouse and now is growing into a rat, He smoked weed the whole Time. Made it hard to focus on my recovery. Then he did the perky dance right outta here. Kim is a wonderful staff member along with Karen. The rest of the staff isn t bad either.

I am giving Midlakes 5 stars because I believe in the doctors and staff there. They truly care about their patients and are trying to rebuild a place that has not had the best reputation over the years. I give them credit for their efforts and transparency.When I first brought my three boys there last year to see Dr. Mina Girbes I did not expect she would have me in tears in the hallway. She could tell I was overwhelmed and she pulled me aside to say, in essence, "I see you." That meant the world to me.At that time, the wait was long. But the care was what we needed. So we stuck with it.We've since returned two more times, once for a sick visit and once for a well check. The wait was much shorter. Staff were all friendly.Midlakes, we see you and we appreciate all you do for the community.

My therapist was fantastic and helped me quite a bit. Unfortunately she only took Medicaid so I had to switch once I started Medicare. My current therapist is great, mind you. I just had seen the previous therapist for years and that built a lot of trust that is hard to come by. I feel like the office staff is really on top of things and always called me when there was an issue. Good place in my opinion.

I have been seeing Cindy Sywyk LCSW for over 1 1/2 years. She has helped me tremendously.

Mary Tagget took excellent care of me. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained my symptoms and diagnosis in great detail. Overall great visit!

I had David as counselor in the past and I have nothing but positive words to say about him. I now have been seeing Dwayne and he is such an amazing individual. He is very in detail with things. He makes sure all questions are answered! Very patient and every appointment always feels very safe and welcoming!
