Ive never had a problem with this place I have been to their ER twice the first time they called me back before i even got fully checked in, and the. the second time I went i waited no more then 10 minutes and got diagnosed with acute appendicitis. My son was transferred from a smaller facility as a direct admission to 3 North. He had post operative complications and needed to be seen by specialist. He was seen by both specialist needed within hours of admission and received excellent care from the moment of arrival. His medical needs were met and the care was beyond our expectations. The NP caring for him from admission to discharge was exceptional in all categories; knowledge, caring, understanding, compassion, accuracy, and consideration for all aspects of patient care including my son s support system. The nurses were excellent and again, exceeding our expectations in skill, care given, compassion, pain management, compassion, caring, empathy, and consideration for my son s support system.
