Drug Rehab Centers in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia

First experience here was BAD. Dr Asgar was extremely rude, saying I need weight loss surgery, said I was racist, guess he didn't know my ex is African American. Said my Social phobia is in my mind which is when he declared me a racist. But, I requested a new Dr and this new one is amazing. I am glad I did not stop after being down graded and left more depressed than ever, I would recommend Eastridge, just not Dr Asgar.

This place is amazing for helping me with my needs for medication. They are amazing staff and very helpful in helping you with your need. Thank you for everything.

There are many Veterans Affairs (VA) medical facilities across the country. I have only experienced four different locations, though I have heard many stories both good and bad. I'm thankful to call the Martinsburg VA Medical Center my own. I have encountered nothing less than respectful, kind, and caring service and support from every person with whom I have crossed paths. The facility is always exceptionally clean. I can only pray that my fellow Veterans have similar experiences wherever they may receive care.

Yes I ll agree this treatment center has been a very very positive experience. Especially those who have moved on to another job. Am sure working here could be a challenging experience as well. Even though the few counselors I have had were worth coming to this center and am grateful for there stall. I hope going forward I ll experience the same. Thank you.

Honestly the reviews scared me a little bit before coming as I am a new patient but I was very pleased with my visit today. Dr. Wheat made me feel very heard and listened attentively and gave me a plan moving forward and ordered labs to figure out what s going on. The nurse Brittany was super sweet as well, gave me a flu shot and a strawberry shortcake bandaid and then the ladies down at the lab were very sweet with me as well and helped me out.

Look this is my last choice for a hospital I struggly prefer Winchester medical center or Morgantown hospitals.But I came in to the ER on November 28th around 5:00-6:00 pm I think do to sever right side pain nausea and no appetite the front desk ladies were kind and attentive very surprising for a holiday. The ER doctor David and his nurse that over saw my care and needs were both awesome I give them both A+ the lady that did my CT scan was sweet and in good spirits for working alone on Thanksgiving!Now I was admitted for appendicitis and taken up to my room rather quickly that was on the 5th floor it was obvious the poor nurses were understaffed even though they treated me and my 74yr old roommate very well I felt bad for them and angry at the hospital administration! You're telling me you'll pay traveling nurses almost 40 dollars an hour but not our local nurses? Quality care means kind compassionate well trained nurses techs and qualified doctors you can't put that on your website and signs in your hospital but still keep it so understaffed with a clear conscience.My room wasn't cleaned once from what I remembe definitely needed it my nurses were great but once again understaffed with bed alarms going off and nurse call buttons going unanswered for quiet a bit in the early morning I say around 3:30 am?Please build a new hospital with a design from Winchester medical book each of their rooms are private clean with a couch for visitors beautiful cafeteria with lots of natural lighting with a outside court yard plenty of parking and they never seem to have a staffing problem once again pay your nurses well.I have had some health issues since my surgery that have been getting addressed by Winchester medical and valley health doctors.

The treatment program at CCG is amazing, I was skeptical about taking methadone, the staff was very intentive to that and explained the benefits in detail.. it's amazing to be able to do my substance abuse and mental health all together.. y'all are doing a great job thank you for helping me understand the process of achieving successful sobriety

Had an amazing experience at Edgehill. It took me forever to get into the swing of following the routine. I finally started to get the most out of the program once I took the time to get rid of the anxiety of being somewhere far from home. I appreciate the time they took with me and not just feeling I was a lost cause. The serenity prayer was the thing that stuck with me the most. Shae is an awesome guy who keeps it straight up with you. No sugarcoating what he dealt with and how he became who he is. Joe was the kind of guy you look up to and would never expect to meet there. If you meet Blue in the kitchen youre in for a great meal. The different programs each day was a cool change up from going to so many AA meetings. I learned to open up and share my experience and stories after listening to everyone else. I'm grateful for all the staff there and all the people who made it possible for me to be there. If you have to go to a rehab this is a great place to be.

Nicky helped teach me so many things I really wish I had learned at a younger age, would've kept me out of trouble and away from self destructive coping mechanisms a long time ago and saved me a lot of legal fee money. I'd give 10 stars if I could and if you're reading this thinking about getting treatment apply yourself to this program and really put your all into it I guarantee it already helps

The nurses and staff are so kind and caring and go out of their way to help you if you are doing what you're supposed to. Would recommend for sure if your looking to do things the right way.

ARS is a life saver. I left to go to another clinic due to pricing, but came back to ARS. My counselor actually cares and I am very grateful to have her. The nurses are professional and friendly. They went through a lot of personnell changes, but the newer staff seems to fit right in especially the nurses. I don't know where I would be without this program. If your on the fence about treatment take a chance at life.
