Heart icon Treatment

book iconAlcoholism

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

prescription iconDrug Addiction

During rehab in Texas, you'll deal with underlying issues that contribute to addiction. By addressing these challenges and learning healthy ways to cope with them, you'll develop strategies that help you live a drug-free lifestyle.

prescription-bottle-pill iconOpioid Addiction

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

file-medical iconSubstance Abuse

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

car-building iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

clipboard-medical iconMedically Assisted Detox

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

I’ll Give this location at Market Center Blvd a 10 all day long! I’ve been clean and sober for almost five years and I do mean nothing! If it was not given to me by a doctor then I don’t take it! I absolutely love the entire staff here, and they see your achievements ... Read More

Free for the indegent, But if you want to work or attend school you will be late and lots of people have lost their job or miss the important things that you do. The worst part is that they don't even care.

I've been going to this clinic around 6 years now. I've never really had a problem with any of the staff up there. Matter of fact I usually get along great with them. I've just been having one huge problem lately which is about my woman. She decided to come up there over a month ago and started her at 15mg. It's been over a month and she's ONLY at 40mg. They've told us several times when to be there for an assessment to go up on her dose and when we get there they act oblivious about it and give her another date which doesn't seem to even matter. The staff is there to help us get off of the hard drugs and onto one that is manageable but we can't seem to get her to a dose that helps to save her life. They need more consistent answers and actions. We are all there to try and better our lives but when it takes over a month just to get to a small 40mg dose it's unacceptable. Something NEEDS to be done. Also I never had to do an "assessment" when my dose would go up when I started going there. It went up 10mg a day until I got to a dose that helped and held me through the night. I don't understand what has changed. My girl needs help and it's not happening near fast enough.

I have had a great experience overall at WTCR .Debbie (Director) and Jackie (my counselor) are wonderful people! Without WTCR I would be dead!! People want to gripe about how hard the program is or whatever but guess what .. you re still breathing to be able to whine about it, so be grateful!99.9% of the people including myself would be dead without WTCR especially with the fentanyl laced drugs going around these days.Thank you Jackie and Debbie for all the time and effort you have put in.

They have no regard for patients rights. YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED WITH AN IOTA OF DIGNITY. As soon as they see a weakness to exploit, they smugly double down and lean HARD into treating so many of us like garbage. It's cost one person I know for certain, their life. She died because they don't suffer treating any of us with anything but contempt for existing on this planet in the first place. This isn't just a rant about how I've been treated, it's a warning based on the treatment of patients I've witnessed across the board first hand. And I can personally validate the claim of bed bugs all over the waiting room. If you sit, expect them to infest your home. Altogether, It cost me next to $4,000 for terminix to FINALLY get rid of them. With WTCR, you get what you pay for. And then some.

This Company is THE WORST clinic I ve ever dealt with.! Almost all of the staff at the Dallas, Garland, Plano, and Irving locations were very rude; Contradicting Company In-Take Procedures (written on their website) like some kind of Bait and Switch tactic. Every employee I personally spoke with had a very negative attitude from the moment they spoke to me. Most seeming Mad, Annoyed, Lazy, and almost offended when I asked them questions or inquired for additional information. I understand maybe an employee having a bit of a bad day but literally EVERYONE I spoke with at these 4 locations made it seem like it was such a hassle to do their job and treated me like an inconvenience. Not only that but I did a little research afterwards and found out a Majority of their High Star Reviews are from dummy (FAKE) accounts, PRETENDING AND LIEING about the experience there. I would NEVER use this clinic and I ask that if you want to give them a try, TRY a DIFFERENT CLINIC FIRST.!

My mother has been going here for years. Whenever she needs additional take outs, Delia is wonderful! She is always spot on and efficient.....always. If there is ever an issue with the take outs, Delia fixes it immediately. We absolutely love and appreciate her. Amazing...Thank you Delia!!!
