Don't come to this place they have mold in rooms. They demand your family to leave your phone in the car during visitation. They cut visits short left and right. The staff is rude and disrespectful to your family. They fall asleep during family visits

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements. Linden Oaks' Residential Stay Program offers additional support for those who may benefit from a structured living environment. A patient's stay may vary from a few days to 30 days ago. The program includes group, family and individual counseling.
outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Programs

Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

They can help clients address particular challenges and risks they may face as they get older such as overdosing and medication interactions and dependencies.

This facility is in desperate need of repairs. The presence of black mold and sewer backup issues made it a health hazard and it was not taken seriously. Hard to focus on wellness when you are dealing with headaches, fatigue and nausea. The outside of the building was in a horrible state. It looked like an abandoned building upon arrival. Staff was inconsistent with outcomes and expectations. Kudos to Lisa, Jenna, Selfie, Kaleb, Shelly, Tamara and Laurie. I heard wonderful things about Wayside Recovery Center in the past, however, now I feel they are just running it into the ground and filling beds with Individuals that clearly need more services. Food was subpar and much of it unhealthy. Very disappointing.

They are not skilled in the care of women with mental health issues. The staff pick on the women that they don't like.

I spent 65 days at wayside I was apart of client committee people were mad because of that. I was doing well with my recovery the staff only listens to one side of a story and run with it. Most staff are rude and feel they can talk to you any kind of way, but when the women stand up for ourselves we get discharged. When we are the vulnerable adults. They don t get you ready for the life outside of treatment, they literally treat you like a toddler. We ran out of toilet paper for about 4 days at an all women s facility that is unacceptable. We use that for the front and back. It s spiders everywhere bugs come in through the windows! A bathroom flooded and leaked into 2 rooms. The ladies carpet was very wet, they didn t clean the carpet shampoo or anything. They put the ladies back in those rooms when the carpet wasn t even all the way dry! That place has black mold everywhere. They are very racist and will discharge you if you stand up and advocate for yourself! They take your insurance money and feed you little to nothing! The milk they give is expired as hell. They also get food from a food self and the cooks don t wear gloves. The food isn t cooked all the way. They made orange chicken out of uncooked chicken nuggets! Some of the Ra s care about our recovery. Our food gets stolen out of the fridge which a camera is in the kitchen but they won t check to see who is taking people food. The receptionist is very rude! The director doesn t even run the place as it should be ran. I dont recommend for any women that wants to get their life together to go there! Also 10 of us were discharged for standing up for ourselves when they say we should advocate for ourselves. I don t understand how that works! We all came to NuWay, and I am getting the best help I need from here! People that are there and bullying other are still there as well! They pick and choose the people they want to care for and that they feel should be there. When we are all there to get help. They discriminate a lot. That place is just horrible!

My wife went there. There are plenty of wonderful treatment centers that change lives and fight for their clients. This place farms beds and exploits vulnerable adults for insurance money while offering them next to nothing as far as emotional or medical care. My wife is traumatized.

This place will get you sober by traumatizing you to the point you're terrified of having to ever go back. Not the best method.
