I was at The Center for four weeks. Now I feel like I have control over my life and am not white knuckling every day. The team is incredibly helpful and sympathetic to the needs of all their clients. I highly recommend The Center to anyone with anxiety, depression, addiction or any other issue that is making them feel like their life is not their own.

Amazing place makes you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. I didn t have a single day that came I didn t feel welcome or like family. Lots of activities outside or royal to do.

Overall, a very very helpful environment. The staff were incredible, therapists and direct care alike, and I made tremendous personal progress through my stay in the program. The best part of restart is the individualized care and 1 on 1 therapy that every client gets. There's a lot of meeting you where you're at, and working at base level problems, past just the addiction that I found invaluable. The LBP is the program's biggest weakness with how "one size fits all" it appears to be, however I was glad to find that I was able to change it to fit my needs. I just wish that it were written with this in mind, as it feels something like a relic of the past in the current environment of the restart program. Groups are very hit or miss, as they can be very productive and interesting or spiral off into endless tangents based on the clientele and how well the therapist leading it can moderate discussion. The program is also very LGBT friendly, and I met the most supportive and awesome people there, both clients and staff.
