I have been to the harborview ambulatory procedures floor (8th floor Maleng building) for iron infusions once a week for the last 5 weeks. I had the best experience here! Every staff member I worked with was great but SARAH E. Is by far the most amazing nurse I have had the pleasure of working with in a very VERY!! long time. She goes above and beyond for her patients! Making sure you always have nice warm fresh blankets, extra pillows, snacks and drinks and always comes to check in with you to make sure you are feeling comfortable during the process. she advocates for you and listens to your needs and takes them seriously! She is not only empathetic and patient but she s relatable, kind, extremely good at and passionate about her job. I am a hard person to get blood or IV s from and she gets me every-time on the first try. I m so sad that I won t get to see her and chat every week now that my infusions are complete for the time being. I would definitely recommend this infusion clinic to any and everyone!Thank you Sarah!-Kayla Davis

For many personal reasons, I haven't seen a Dr. in many, many years. I started the process of getting a physician and was scheduled with Dr. Gulamali in the primary care clinic. He was fantastic! Patient with me, not judgemental about my reasons for not having a doctor, offered a treatment outline for my situation and had some great advise about my personal responsibilities in my care. He gave me the tools needed to begin my care and was great in his follow-up appointment. You hear horror stories about how bad the VA Medical system can be, but Dr Gulamali and his wonderful staff, prove that is not the case! They make a terrific team and anyone would be lucky to have the guiding their care!
