I love the staff at New Start. They are so kind and are there to help anyone with the willingness to get clean and sober. They never judge you and are very encouraging. The front desk people are so wonderful and kind and friendly. Thank you for a great experience ! I recommend to anyone who is willing to turn their life around.

I am so grateful for New start clinic and all of their staff.i was worried that I would be looked down on when seeking help because of past experiences with local hospitals and pharmacies that were full of judgment but New Start is full of kind, compassionate staff that, even though they don't understand what your going through, they give you respect and listen to your needs. They want to see you succeed and that's what's important-I would recommend New Start to anyone that wants a chance to live a NORMAL life.

They actually have IOP outside normal work hours unlike everyone else lol.

We have sent many employees to this site for many ds collections they performed great. Just because they had a work meeting during service hours (when els are they supposed to have it?) shouldn t mean they have to have a low quality service. Every drug screen done by them is great and in a timely manner

Knowledge about my addiction. I learned that I do matter and that I didnt need drugs to be accepted. The staff was very kind and always left it up to you to answer your own hard questions, which made more of an impact on my life. It wasn't easy at all but it was fantastic. If you are there and really have the desire to get clean and sober this is the perfect place. I did have issues after I left and relapsed but I didnt follow my discharge plan. But I got it together and used the skill i learned there (breathing techniques, being accretive, standing up for myself, all the knowledge about my addiction and that I am powerless) to push through all the distractions and now I am totally clean and sober. I'm feeling great and back in contact with non-using friends and family. There are still things I struggle with but with all the support I have, I get through it. SPARC has been great as well, they care and really want people to succeed, I'm still going to SPARC. So thank you all for everyt

Very professional taught me alot and how to deal with lifes problems and apply what i leared

We have been riding here probably a dozen times. The guide is always super nice, the horses are gentle and well behaved. The scenery is unbeatable- its definitely worth the drive!

I was recently here and the staff were very professional and respectful, counselors were informative but the total class time was minimal. If you want clean time this is the place to go, if you desire more structure I'd recommend abhs. But. Now a year later I'm still clean and I owe it in part to this program. Without them who knows? I could very easily have died by now

I love how they work to meet the real, everyday needs of families. Holiday Lane is especially wonderful!
