Overall, a very very helpful environment. The staff were incredible, therapists and direct care alike, and I made tremendous personal progress through my stay in the program. The best part of restart is the individualized care and 1 on 1 therapy that every client gets. There's a lot of meeting you where you're at, and working at base level problems, past just the addiction that I found invaluable. The LBP is the program's biggest weakness with how "one size fits all" it appears to be, however I was glad to find that I was able to change it to fit my needs. I just wish that it were written with this in mind, as it feels something like a relic of the past in the current environment of the restart program. Groups are very hit or miss, as they can be very productive and interesting or spiral off into endless tangents based on the clientele and how well the therapist leading it can moderate discussion. The program is also very LGBT friendly, and I met the most supportive and awesome people there, both clients and staff.

This place works! BJ is an awesome councilor for helping with addiction. Keep coming back, it works if you work it!

I love this place!! I've never been apart of a sober community quite like Hotel!! You get a doctor, therapist and a case manager to assist you in your recovery!! I find that pretty dope;)

I entered the program not knowing what to expect of the program, on April 31, 2010 I started my journey and I haven't looked back since walking out the front door 18 months later. I have been clean and sober 13 years and going strong. I am now retired as of 03/08/2024This program saved my life!
