We have a family member who was experiencing issues with manic bipolar. He became violent, suicidal and a danger to the public. It took 48 hours working with law enforcement and Frontier to get him to an ER for an evaluation. After the evaluation he was placed in a rehabilitation center for 12hrs, now they want to release him. The system that Frontier has set up so completely antiquated and the staff are obviously incompetent if someone with severe mental issues can convince the staff that he's fine. Spokane needs a new mental health system that actually works. Frontier is failing my brother.

The greatest staff and doctors, they genuinely want you to succeed and care. They go above and beyond to help you with prescription costs, visit costs, and can help you save money in other ways as well. I'm going on 7 years in recovery, and I couldn't have done it without them.
