I came out of my last relapse broken and in so much pain I thought I would stay broken. I decided to finally reach out and get help that I found out I so desperately needed. I did an intake with the staff at Olalla in Gig Harbor and they got me into intensive outpatient very quickly. That with another program, I began to heal. I can not say thank you enough to everyone there for the help and love they showed me in the time I was with them. In about a week I will celebrate a year sober. Truly sober for the first time in my life. All I had to do was follow a little direction, be openminded, and completely honest and willing to do what is needed to do to work on myself.Thank you so much for starting me in the direction of my new life. I can not express the gratitude and love I have for all the counselors I had who guided me on the start of this amazing journey. You were truly there when I needed you.

Since I have been at royal I have had hands down the best experience! This is my 8th time in treatment and I truly feel like it s my last. To the detox to the residential to the 12 week and eventually grad house I have been taken care of so well and gotten so much out of this place. The staff are awesome and so caring! Scarlett is the secretary at Lacey and she is the first face you see at 12 week she is your to go person and so welcoming I just love her to death! Come to royal if you plan to get and stay sober! Been using there services for 15+ years. Today I call to get ahold of my Dr. I just needed his voicemail, after a 5-6 min. of being on neglect a receptionist answers, so I briefly told her my situation and need to get at the very least his voicemail. She sends me somewhere, it rings 2x and goes back to that music they make u suffer through as u wait being on neglect and after a 7 minutes of being on hold the phone disconnects! Angrily I try dialing them back up to where I got a pre-recorded message where it WON'T let me even leave a message.... VERY VERY IRRITATED!!!! NEED MED REFILL for over a week. Anyway that's my rant!UPDATEI'm not sure how but the Dr. I was trying to get in touch with, called me back!! It went from being irritating to shockingly great in a matter of 15 minutes.Originally gave 2 stars, I had to go back and make it a 5 star! Above and beyond, great people, great service. I would highly recommend ETS. They have been nothing but great since my first day!!!

I just wished I knew about the John Volken Academy before I sent our son to Lakeside Milam twice and once to Schick Shadle. As we thought that they knew what they were doing and they really was only into it for the insurance money. No communication about how our son was doing or what we need to do for him. I just don't understand like they tell you it takes villageput they refuse to communicate with us. I just wish things were different then maybe he would have been alive today. Here you think you are doing the right thing but don't really know until it is to late.
