Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous, and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.

Their clinic is great, however I see that their GPS needs to be updated. I tryed calling to talk to someone about canceling my appointment but they said they were closed. So I'LL have to call Tuesday instead. So idk maybe they r closed early because of covid 19 or maybe cuz they just decided to change their hours.But don't bother calling sat,sun,mon,they are closed. Everyone has lives and deals with things, I can only imagine the people that come in. That said, I had an amazing experience here after not seeing a doctor for over 15 years. Not to mention their male flobotamist is an absolute master of the craft.They offer dental in the same building? Hell yes!Anyways I have now been to this office a handful of times and each time has been fast and wonderful.I'm seeing a lot of ONE stars of people complaining about rudeness etc....i think those people suffer from what I call "MY WORLD" Syndrome....where they don't take into consideration that employees are humans with emotions too.A lot of people think just because it's a clinic that said clinic has to do do do for them. I was referred to therapeutic associates after dealing with a weakness related injury from running. My main symptom being lower back pain (SI joint) glute pain, and knee pain during running. I was paired with Laura Cooper and Nate Palmer (so lucky to have gotten to work with both!!) and they gave me a ton of tools to build strength back in my glutes and core with a home program as well as in office training + body work. I really appreciated their thoughtful approach to answering my questions, helping troubleshoot the causes of the injuries, and helping to sustainably build me back up. I went from running 0 miles up to being able to successfully run again and got to squeeze in a 10k before the season ended! Thank you all for being the best.

There is nothing negative I can say about this place. There are always going to be bad reviews and good reviews. Most bad reviews are probably exacerbated in this kind of environment. These environments are extremely difficult to work in from a councilors perspective. From a patients perspective not only at this center but multiple others unfortunately. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have worked with multiple employees and for the most part. I can't complain about anything. I have been fortunate enough to be assigned to work with one of the best councilors. I don't usually name drop named but Carrie A is a God sent. I have worked with various counselors. However as far as acknowledging, caring, understand, providing resources, validating, relating, ECT... ECT... ECT... It has been nothing but a huge blessing to have someone like Carrie in my recovery corner. My recovery path hasn't been easy and I'm still working on things. Im still climbing the uphill path to recovery. I still have a way ahead of me. However I'm not falling as much. I'm now learning to rest and keep going. I didn't get here overnight. This has been a lot my time coming for me since I was about twelve years old when I started in my addiction. Now after being in the worst situation I have ever been in since I started. I'm finally in a better place and on track with the right direction then I have ever been. Especially with ith the ongoing support and direction.I haven't reached all of my goals but as far as so sobriety goes. It's night and day. Yes I'm putting the work in. However when you have someone who back you up and hasn't given up on you because of the holistic understand and experience In addition and mental health that correlates with it. Means more then anyone who just only has an education. not to say a education doesn't matter. However with only an education. I can only say based off my experience only a small percentage are able to stay in these jobs and are able to relate and help others so long and successfully. In this environment the ones who have the experience, maintain soberity, and are willing to help others succeed. In my book are valued as having at least a bachelors degree in this field. Since I have been at royal I have had hands down the best experience! This is my 8th time in treatment and I truly feel like it s my last. To the detox to the residential to the 12 week and eventually grad house I have been taken care of so well and gotten so much out of this place. The staff are awesome and so caring!
