Amazing people at both places . In patient and out patient. All of the staff at both places were helpfull and caring. They helped me get sober and showed me how to stay sober. I really appreciate this place .

I have completed my AA degree while attending phase 2, because of phase 2 i had the desire to keep living and growing. Rick will always have a special place in my heart his mentorship was top notch. I will continue to be of service with LM and I am a proud Alumni. Today I finish this phase of treatment. If you want to live give LM a chance to help.

I can t say enough about the experience I ve had with Lakeside-Milam. Professional, yet realistic and down to earth. Every case worker is unique and cares about you individually, and in a group setting. They ve all been there and they get it. I especially love how they take everyone s unique situation into account when they have to address situations and things that come about during the recovery process because let s face it, every situation is different despite the obvious similarities. I would recommend this facility to anyone with addiction issues that s looking for a place to help them get sober. As long as you really want sobriety, there s nothing they won t do to help make that happen for you.

When I walked into Milam I had no idea the impact the program would have on my life. Through hard work, guidance, support, and understanding I ve been able to regain my strength and confidence without using. The fight is worth the reward! Sobriety and a newfound self worth is a blessing. Clarity, peace, and love are a few of the rewards.

Been using there services for 15+ years. Today I call to get ahold of my Dr. I just needed his voicemail, after a 5-6 min. of being on neglect a receptionist answers, so I briefly told her my situation and need to get at the very least his voicemail. She sends me somewhere, it rings 2x and goes back to that music they make u suffer through as u wait being on neglect and after a 7 minutes of being on hold the phone disconnects! Angrily I try dialing them back up to where I got a pre-recorded message where it WON'T let me even leave a message.... VERY VERY IRRITATED!!!! NEED MED REFILL for over a week. Anyway that's my rant!UPDATEI'm not sure how but the Dr. I was trying to get in touch with, called me back!! It went from being irritating to shockingly great in a matter of 15 minutes.Originally gave 2 stars, I had to go back and make it a 5 star! Above and beyond, great people, great service. I would highly recommend ETS. They have been nothing but great since my first day!!!

This place is amazing. Don't let the location put you off. The receptionist is awesome. Very kind, communicative and funny. Her lil puppy is the cutest, too! I had Kenny for my counselor, and he did not disappoint. He listened to what I had to say, and didn't make me feel rushed or unheard. I look forward to my time here. Thank you!

Regardless of the reason for counseling this place is one of the top ones for help. No one is perfect and this place is no exception but they genuinely care, are not judgemental and want the best for their clients.

Prosperity Wellness Center is a place to go to if you are having issues with chemical dependency. I ve been to treatment at 4 different locations in the state of Washington. Prosperity Wellness Center is by far the best program that I have experienced. My counselor at out-patient treatment heard great things about this program and recommended that I go there in order to receive their duo-diagnosis of chemical dependency and mental help.On arrival, I wasn t impressed with the campus. I only saw a small building and a parking lot. In the past, all other treatment centers were connected to either big parks or campus property. Don t let the appearance fool you. The real magic happened inside that small building.There is a strict time schedule used in the program there. It is used as a way to put order back into your life. There are daily classes that help you learn how to live a happy life. The classroom exercises help you understand why you think the things that you think and they help you regain confidence when coming back to regular society.The staff there are very knowledgeable and courteous. They do really care about you and they help you no matter what type of background that you come from. They all have powerful stories and experiences that they share. I felt loved and wanted there.The nutrition program there was excellent. The meals were really good. The cooks put a pot of time and effort into preparing the meals. The snacks throughout the day kept me from ever going hungry.What made this program different from all the other programs that I ve experienced, is that I was able to recognize my higher power and I was able to create a strong family bond with other patients there. I was able to learn how to cope with my past traumatic experiences in a way that I had never done so before. I went there on a voluntary basis and I am happy that I left there as a different man. If you or a loved one is struggling hard with chemical dependency, then please allow this program to save your life.

Lol what a joke this place is and they can lie and hurt children watch your children they damaged our lives it is disgusting you know who you are.

I just wished I knew about the John Volken Academy before I sent our son to Lakeside Milam twice and once to Schick Shadle. As we thought that they knew what they were doing and they really was only into it for the insurance money. No communication about how our son was doing or what we need to do for him. I just don't understand like they tell you it takes villageput they refuse to communicate with us. I just wish things were different then maybe he would have been alive today. Here you think you are doing the right thing but don't really know until it is to late.
