Hi Sterling, thank you for your feedback. We're thrilled to hear that our doctors provided you with the care and attention you deserved. Thank you for choosing MedStar Health! - MedStar Health Community Manager
Clean joint, everybody was nice. ED fixed me up quick, got me my meds and sent me on my way with one less abscess on my person. Meanwhile I was a terrible patient. VA ED you are the cats meow.
I am a chronic illness patient who is well known at Sibley. While wait times can be lengthy, the truly exceptional level of compassion and care makes up for it. Dealing with chronic and unpredictable medical issues can be incredibly challenging, but the staff (everyone from the triage nurses, to the techs, to the ER attending physicians and specialists) go above and beyond, and are compassionate whenever I show up, no matter what I am dealing with or the symptoms I am presenting with at any given time. I am always treated like an individual, the treatment I receive is stellar, and I always leave feeling better than when I came. I owe my life to this incredible hospital, its staff and its mission of helping those in need. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a hospital I can count on in times of stress, pain and discomfort. You have changed my life, and have reminded me to always have hope while dealing with the uncertainty, flares and ups and downs of living with chronic illness. You are true heroes in healthcare.
