Service was ok and I was not happy with a long wait time for a MRI and because of the lack of upfront instructions from the medical staff I spent five hours on a normal one hour visit.

I just want to say my experience at st. Marks labor and delivery was the best! Thanks to Dr Gibson and Dr Eggebroten they were both so patient with me and were very motivating as a first timer I didn t know what to do they weren t just there for the money they were there to take care of me and help me so were the nurses I loved all of them except for ONE NURSE name Tracy I ll never forget her name she was so rude to me and I was just exhausted because it was a long and exhausting experience for me and she just made it 10x worse I asked her if she could move me up on the bed because I had epidural and couldn t use my legs she told me I can t move you up you are to heavy for me to lift once she said that I just let her be my epidural got discontinued and she knew instead of telling me she just kept asking me you want a higher dose I kept telling her no every time she came in she would ask me you want a higher dose? The pain started getting worse that s when I asked for a higher dose and that s when I found out my epidural was discontinued from my back the man who was inserting the new one even said I don t know how this happened I cried because I thought I was going to be paralyzed because I didn t ask for a new nurse the first incident because I was too scared to speak up for myself also she would come in the room mean mugging to the point my mother and husband got mad and my mother started screaming. Tracy if you are reading this I just want to let you know you made my first time birth experience traumatizing for me and I hope you never forget what you put me through it was hell in earth! And to the other nurses you guys made my experience so easy mostly the one nurse I had twice she was very supportive and when I was giving birth she believed in me and was motivating me throughout the whole process.
