WTG was a safe haven and helped me get my life back! Trust the process and you will see the results! The intake process was quick and easy. The forms could be filled out online as well as payment setup. I received the scheduling call a week earlier than promised which was a great sign and the scheduler was exceptional at listening to my concerns and matching me with a provider based on my needs.I was looking for a specialist that had experience with neurodiversity, chronic illness, and complex trauma and was lucky enough to match with Jennie Polizzi, a partner at the group. Jennie and I discussed her background and extensive list of qualifications and certifications in different therapeutic techniques. Her passion and commitment to learning new techniques really came through in our first session. I explained that I was apprehensive about starting therapy again because I felt forced to do a lot of techniques that weren t helping me with my last therapist at a different group. She assured me that we would find what worked for me and helped me feel confident going into my first official session. It s been about 3 months, and my time with WTG is some of the most cherished time of my week. Jennie is an attentive listener and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel like you are seen and heard and validated. She will send you resources if you need them but not force you to do homework which I love as a person with a busy lifestyle. She is open to feedback if you are apprehensive about trying a therapeutic technique and helps guide you through every step of the process. In a short amount of time, Jennie has changed my life in such a dramatically positive way.I found my self saying I m happy last week for the first time in years and it brought tears of joy to my eyes.If you are considering starting therapy or starting therapy again, I cannot recommend WTG enough. Therapy is a process and an investment into your life and you could not have anyone better on your team.

I had my first birthing experience Mary Washington s Labor and Delivery unit and I can truly say it was a great experience. My birth didn t go as I planned it but my team made me feel so supported and fully informed every step of the way. I ended up choosing to have a C-section after days of labor and hours of pushing and the on-call OB reassured me it was my choice which I definitely appreciated. I felt well taken care of the whole time. When I made it to the postpartum unit I was met by many wonderful nurses but the one that took care of me and made an impact was Tasha. She gave me tips and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I couldn t recommend Mary Washington Hospital enough for any expecting mom!
