I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is struggling with addiction. For the first time in my life I have found a place with a staff that not only cares deeply for their patients, but also do not make their patients feel judged. They really do seem to care beyond any other facility I have been to, and I have been to several. I still have a long way to go, but just knowing that they see their patients as human beings who are in a lot of pain emotionally and mentally, and not just junkies , is what gives me the strength and courage to keep trying. The staff is absolutely amazing. I will forever be grateful for this , facility, the staff, and the doctors associated with this treatment program.

I am writing the review I wish I could have seen before having my child admitted to the residential treatment facility. He was there for 8 months. It was an overall positive experience for both myself and my kid. They came out with the tools to regulate sobriety and anger, which were both major issues prior to admission. The downsides were communication with case management and the education staff. I wish I had intervened earlier with the educational issues, but we were able to get them resolved. Thankfully, communication with the primary therapist was great!Other reviews are mixed. Sometimes they liked the food, other times they did not. There were some squabbles on the unit (imagine being among a dozen teens with behavioral issues 24 hours a day). He had disputes with a few staff members, but thought most staff were nice. Several stopped in to offer encouragement and tell him that they believed in him when we were going through the discharge process.Sending your kid to long term treatment is a hard decision, but I m glad I decided to move forward . It had been a long time since I felt hopeful about his future.

This is a new experience for me and my partner. The counselors and director of counseling seem to care a lot. The urine nurse is also a highlight as she made me feel human. The ladies behind the counter will follow protocol but they make you feel human also. However, dosing has a few problems to lookout for. Sometimes they only have one nurse available which contributes to long lines. Also, sometimes due to high dosing there can be some looks that make you second guess your recovery. This doesn't really matter though because the directors will take care of problems brought to their attention and again counseling really seems to have your back especially Liz.
