The McShin Foundation is full of support and resources for those in recovery. They offer an intensive and a sober living program, which the houses themselves are well maintained and comfortable. The program is entirely ran by individuals in recovery, many of whom have been through the same programs themselves. The facility hosts many meetings and groups on a day to day basis. To aid participants and outside recovering individuals with broadening their understanding of recovery and further supporting the community, various trainings, including the Recovery Coach and PRS (Peer Recovery Specialist) are facilitated here. Practically everyone here greets each other and have nothing but love for their community. For both the current participants and alumni, many opportunities and events are hosted by McShin to keep everyone connected and assist in building a network. Their work goes outside of the programs. They visit jails to spread hope. Provide outreach. Offer grants to those in need. Have a podcast, which is available to listen to on YouTube and hundreds of correctional facilities. To help educate families, they offer a family group. Families are also welcome to come to community meetings and events to support their loved one(s). It is a very family friendly place in general. All in all, when it comes to deciding on an RCO in the Richmond area, or if you need help with addiction, McShin is the real deal.

I love Avalon and Anastasia the owner.She gave me a chance and I not only got clean but while there I started my own business w her help I recommend this recovery program over any other one in Richmond.

In the past I have used outside imaging facilities as needed but use Parham Dr's Hospital and their medical office buildings for other needs I have always received good advice and treatment by their staff and doctors. For this I booked a CT scan and it went flawlessly. From the front desk to the Radiology staff, it was seamless. Everyone was very friendly and provided excellent service, even with a follow up visit to pick up my report. This is atypical in today's world and I highly recommend this hospital and their services.

I highly recommend Linda Modelfino from Archstone. She has been very thorough with helping us transition our son to better health. We are thankful to work with her and truly appreciate how she goes out of her way to make sure our little guy is taken care of. Linda is a true professional that cares for her patients.

I love my counselor here at Pinnacle treatment center FCCR Radford. I feely counselor Lauren is amazing she's does everything she can possibly do for. Shes supplies me with wonderful advice, wonderful resources and everything else a counselor should do. My panic attacks got to such a bad point that she gave me her cell phone number in case I need to message or call when I need her. FCCR RADFORD SAVED MY LIFE!!!

Having an intervention for my brother was not going to be an easy thing to do. We knew we couldn t do it alone. Someone put us in touch with Sam. Sam not only helped us through the process but encouraged our parents to speak.Sam said it like it was! An hour after the intervention my brother was on his way to rehab! If Sam wasn t there to help us all I know we wouldn t have been successful on our own!Thank you Sam for saving my brothers life!

To be honest I could probably try and take a shot at this place and even maybe have reasons to but my life and my choices lead me to have to go to this place and in doing so I came out the other side clean and still am clean so for that I owe them forever can't blame a place for the actions they take when your own actions got you in that situation it gives you a chance what you do with that chance is on you not them it's about love and forgiveness and trying to do right sometimes people and places fall short thank you new life for everything love nate

I am alive because this place. I will always come back here. Doctors are knowledgeable and nursing is professional and compassionate. Will never forget what they did for me and my family.

One of the best clinics I have been to in the area. They have gone through some recent changes and it has made it even better. Probably one of the nicest and most compassionate staffs I have worked with. When they say they will do everything to meet you were you are at they mean it. They all treat you with dignity and respect, and not as a number. I ve been to other clinics, and I can truly say Applegate is the best. If you are debating starting treatment I highly recommend you check them out!
