N.P Amy Cosma has been quite thorough, professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with over the past year.The Franklin office specifically has you in & out quickly, they always answer the phone,and follow up professionally/thoroughly. 10 of 10 recommend WTCSB services and the Franklin office location!

I've been to a few medical assisted programs and this by far is the best! Everyone is really friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. They treat you with respect, not like you're another number like the other places I've been to. I'm truly grateful to have people like them around me to help me get through this process. Thank you

I feel so happy because they are helping me in an incredible way, at the moment they have complied with all the things that promise to me. All the staff is very respectful people, I believe that this facility is a great resource for anyone who is looking for help, I love this place.

I do not know if this place saved my life or if it gave me my life back, anyhow thanks! Both doctors and counselors were the best. They told you things exactly the way it is and don't hold back anything, so maybe that is not something everyone will like but it worked for me.

If you get there at certain times you are in and out and if you have a positive attitude and go in r here with respect it's a nice place

They care about the kids there dealing with I was in crisis home Lynn Haven boys home and west Haven boys home growing up they seriously care about every kid they deal with

This place really cares been here several times as a kid 1 time when I got out of the military 1 time and was sent to the veterans administration the staff really want to help you the nursing administrator ms Lucy really cares about the patients and staff truly thankful to maryview Behavioral health and cant complain patients scare me sometimes when they get angry at staff but any issues small or big staff are helpful last time I was here I was having bad involuntary movements from my meds and in a 3 days dr starkey was able to slow the involuntary movements and by my discharge I still had involuntary movements but safe enough to go home staff here are committed people who show there care and generosity in their work

This center was the one responsible of my recovery, they showed me the right path for it to be as effective as possible, I don't have anything negative to say and that is why I highly recommend it to anyone in seek of treatment.

Without Clean Slate I would have back slid many many times over the years. I have been through the ringer with the healthcare system but this is a diamond in the rough place for me. My doctors trust me to do the right thing which puts so much confidence into my sober journey. My Sobriety Coach will come and see me at any hour of the day I need if I were to need that type of help. I have 9 years clean and sober, the last 3 of those years have been the hardest. All 3 of these years I have been with Clean Slate and I m so thankful I was with them and not the Veterans Affairs. In fact my Clean Slate Team is fighting the VA now to get my referral straight. That is just unheard of in the clinics I have been to. These people really care, that is the difference. They aren t there to make money they are there to help those of us who have fallen into what ever pit of despair we have fallen into. So if you are on the fence and want to get serious about your new life do not hesitate to reach out and ask these guys for help. They won t hesitate to reach back and do anything they can to help you. I had an overall good experience here. Ms. Patricia, Ms. Roxana, and Ms. Brandi are all very sweet and notable nurses. The therapists (Ms. Jackie and Ms. Shawnta) and doctor (Mr. Omari) on the unit were as well. You also can t forget about the teacher, Mr. Todd. They listen to you and genuinely seem to care about the issues you are experiencing. The one thing I would change is the techs; some of them are kind and some of them are definitely on the ruder side.

Over the last 15 years I have been a patient of several outpatient clinics and at least two other Suboxone providers in the Hampton Roads area. A little over 6 years ago I was introduced to a provider at BrightView and I have been a patient ever since.BrightView providers and their office staff are miles ahead in comparison to any other addiction clinic in this area. They have supported and provided the best care for me as a patient and I highly recommend anyone suffering from addiction to contact them ASAP they will go above and beyond to help you change your life for the better.
