I don't understand these negative reviews. I came here in August for severe depression. I was seen immediately and referred to Herons Cove next door. The care I received there and at CIBS was outstanding. I have since began therapy here, and my therapist is caring, professional and very professional. The staff is always friendly and courteous. This place was a lifesaver. Keep up the good work.

I have had mostly excellent experiences with Brightview (formerly called Right Path) since 2019. The doctors have been great, they care and so do most of the other staff such as reception, counselors and care coordinators. I have had a few problems with medication prior authorizations that were incorrectly filled out and problems with 2 different counselors but they normally fix these issues very quickly. My biggest complaint is that you can t call the office directly anymore and all calls go to a call center . Sometimes they handle your issue immediately and sometimes it takes many days and repeated calls about something simple. This wouldn t happen if you could call your clinic directly! Despite a few issues, I still give them a 5 star rating because the office workers care about you and your health.
