I'm in the mental court and I enjoy how much I have grown in those classes you have to be willing and open minded on the therapy sometimes they know what they are talking while you getting frustrated about overwhelmed about the busy schedule you have but long run it's skills that you can cope to remain sober and cope with your emotions since they play major role on relapse and making bad decisions
