To my Embark family, I love and miss you. To those looking for employment and are considering Embark, do it. I was a college student looking for a job in the field of psychology and landed on Embark. I loved the flexibility of working 3 days a week and having the other 4 days to focus on school and homework. This schedule gave me a great balance and paid decently well. Not only was I getting credit for school, I was getting firsthand experience and knowledge to all the things I had been studying! Also being a young college student with younger siblings the same age as a lot of these kiddos gave me a big sister feeling at work. Just like siblings, they drive you crazy sometimes, but you end up building connections with them to where you care and love them as if they were your own siblings. It was incredibly fulfilling to watch these kids who came in with some deep trauma be able to start healing for the first time and continue to improve over time. The beginning for most was always a little rough as they adjusted to the schedule, house, and environment, but overtime many were leaving in tears as they said their goodbyes because they were going to miss so many aspects of the residential, mostly the staff and other kiddos who they built friendships with. Many times I too cried as they departed because I grew to LOVE these kids. I also cannot praise the staff enough, especially the supervisors, Emily and Megan, who I watched go ABOVE and BEYOND for both their staff and the kids. I still consider them as some of the most sympathetic/empathetic individuals I ve ever met. Among them are many more to name that I just loved working with (life coaches, therapists, residential directors, nurses, the one and only chef, etc.) hence why I started this long post by addressing it to my Embark family, because that is what they became to me. So again if you are considering applying, I say send it. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of kids who really need it and you will have so much support from your supervisors who will treat you like a real human being! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Having a private room was a huge plus it gave me the personal space I needed to focus on my recovery while still managing my work and school. The fact that I could use my phone and laptop was incredibly helpful, allowing me to stay connected and on top of everything while receiving the care I needed.The staff were incredible not only professional but genuinely caring. They treated me like a friend, making the whole experience feel much more comfortable. The facility itself is very comfy. Plus, there were plenty of fun outings that kept me active and distracted in the best way possible.If you're looking for a place where you can focus on recovery while still maintaining your responsibilities, I can t recommend this place enough!

He doesn t just talk the talk but actually walks the walk as the saying goes.I have read his two books Fear to Freedom: From Dumpster to Doctor and Factors of Transformation :Be The Change You Want. Both filled with transparent life story and practical principles that anyone can apply to their own life.Dr Marshall has a heart of gold ; truly a man after the heart of God who has a deeply rooted passion for helping change peoples lives. It s like the air he breathes.In these crazy ruthless scary times we live in, the world needs more people, more soldiers and lieutenants on the front line like Dr Marshall, who aren t afraid to step up and out and be different. As he often says ; Let fear be what it is .but do not let it determine who you are or how you behave. Words that have changed my life personally forever.God Bless you and keep you in HIS light!!!!

Everlast does a wonderful job job at providing a safe, caring, and comfortable environment to its clients. Everlast is different in that treatment takes place with a smaller census compared to other centers in Riverside County. This gives the counselors and therapists more time to treat each clients individual needs. Also, the food is AMAZING. Everlast has a private chef that cooks weekday meals and attends to those such as myself with allergies. Highly recommended!

I am very so very happy with the treatment I received at Hathawa Recovery. In just 47 wonderful days, ive learned so much about recovery and mental health. The staff and therapist really care about you and your mental health needs.I'd say it's the best place torecover and work on your mental health and addiction problems because you won't be doing it alone.Give them a try and you won't regret it!Sending much love and respect to everyone that helped me on this amazing journey. Wonderful experience from the first phone call with Selena to completing their detox program. The folks at Better Days really try their best to make sure you are comfortable, safe and taken care of. On site facilitators visit M-F with therapist services. Occasional off site trips on the weekend. This is the one and only treatment center for my addiction and I m thankful I landed here. I have since moved on to PHP and now IOP within the organization (ZOE Behavior Health) and look forward to continued treatment.

This was my first time at rehab and I was super happy that I landed at Recovery Beach. The staff is amazing (shoutout to Brandi, Andres, Jimmy, Liz, Kat, Jason, Steven, Sam, Corey, Christina, Alex, Danny, Kris). They really take their time with you to understand your needs and make you feel comfortable. The community is very lively/friendly which makes it easier to share your story. The meetings that we attended were very informative. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone that s struggling with addiction and I am so thankful for everything they have done for me!

Solid Ground wellness has been a huge factor since I started my recovery journey the leaves they have helped me grow in all areas of my life have been major changes for me. The time the staff puts in is amazing the love they give to all of there clients is a incredible blessing it s no wonder my counselor at recovery happens got Counselor of the year kaiulani Moose such a blessing for the world of recovery I hope to see more solid ground wellness treatment centers open up across the United States.
