About Twenty Four Hour Club

Twenty Four Hour Club is a sobriety facility located in Naples, Florida. They provide 12 step meetings for people with substance use disorder and alcohol use disorder. They are not directly affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous but many of the meetings there are hosted by the organization.

They are a nonprofit organization that has been around since the 1970s. They depend on their members to operate. Membership in the club is $150 a year. Their goal has always been to make sure people with addiction issues can always find a community meeting any time of day or night. You will find gatherings here every day of the week in the morning and evening.

They have space for three groups to go on every hour. Each morning starts with a 24 Hour Solutions meeting which teaches the concept of taking one day at a time. They have several early morning gatherings where you can share feelings and experiences with others and prepare for your day before you go to work.

They have Easy Does It group meditations. Meditating is a good way to unwind at the end of the day. They also have a Sunday night speakers series where you can learn about all aspects of living a sober life. They have regular cake meetings where you can enjoy sobriety milestones with other people in recovery.

They have Alateen sessions for kids with AUD and gender specific groups for people who feel more comfortable talking about addiction with members of their own sex. They have meetings, especially for beginners, and al-anon groups for people who have loved ones with alcohol use disorder.

Worst AA club I ve ever been too. There s limited day time meetings there s nothing 24 hour about it the people are stuck up, snobs, that treat the new comer like worthless trash. Heaven forbid someone makes a day of hanging out and catching meetings and in between this clubs already scarce meeting you do zoom meetings in the quite room. Only to be cashed off by this clubs regulars, real spiritual giants. I ve never felt pressured to leave meetings anywhere else but here. If you are trying to get sober steer clear of this horrible excuse of a club. They will only put you down and make you feel like trash if you arnt retired and over the age of 60 and border of being a bigot. Alright and Scott you are a real piece of work thanks for running me off when I was quietly minding my own business waiting for over 3 hours for a meeting on my day off your a real a hole I hope you know that.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Rehab aftercare programs are a collection of highly individualized services designed to promote long-term recovery. These services evolve as your needs change. Case managers and recovery teams typically begin formulating the rehab aftercare service plan early in the recovery process to facilitate your reintegration back into the home, workplace, and community.
12-step icon12-Step
12-step programs are addiction recovery models based on Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). A number of substance abuse programs (including some drug and alcohol rehab centers) use the 12 steps as a basis for treatment. Beginning steps involve admitting powerlessness over the addiction and creating a spiritual basis for recovery. Middle steps including making direct amends to those who've been hurt by the addiction, and the final step is to assist others in addiction recovery in the same way. 12-Step offshoots including Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Cocaine Anonymous (CA), Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA), Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA) and Gamblers Anonymous (GA).

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Extremely clicky, they play a bunch of childish games and conduct F.B. stalking. Then when you call them out on it they either victomise themselves or sit there in Aww. This place should literally be a mental asylum! All the horror stories that you've heard about AA, this place is the definition of that. Definitely the nosiest people under the sun! And The young people's group that is accoiated with this club those children...I wish everyone luck on a sober life but this club...

I had no success with staying sober after treatment until I started going to AA meetings on a regular basis and got a sponsor and started working the steps with my sponsor. Recovery is real and can be found here. One day at a time my friend.
