About Twelve Way Foundation

Twelve Way Foundation provides drug and alcohol abuse treatment in Marshall, Texas. This faith based organization welcomes adult men to participate in their short and long term residential recovery programs.

While living on campus, you’ll benefit from addiction care best practices and Christian principles to reach recovery. They strive to help you build a life free from addiction. You’ll focus on nurturing a relationship with God as you work through the underlying causes of addiction. They use a 12-Step approach that prioritizes spiritual growth and recovery.

One standout feature that caught my eye is their long term recovery program. Experts agree spending sufficient time in treatment is most beneficial to sustained recovery. In this program, you not only focus on reaching sobriety. You also rebuild essential aspects of your life with employment assistance, GED tutoring, and daily recovery meetings. You’ll have a stable environment to strengthen your confidence and successfully transition to life after treatment.

Some significant eligibility requirements include a willingness to build a relationship with God, maintain full time employment, pay a small fee for participation, and adhere to their house guidelines. These requirements can help you foster independence as you receive the necessary assistance to transform your life.

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

substance-abuse iconSubstance Abuse

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

mental-health iconIndividual Therapy

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Absolutely an AWESOME place to get your life back on track! Brotherly love and the spirit of Christ abounds in this home. If your a broken man and ready to recieve some hope and self respect come earn it at Twelve Way. The Leadership here are not outsiders looking in. They have all overcome demons in there own lives and are now working to lend a hand up to the next man down. They are always willing to help you and are sensitive to any situation you may face. They will stand by you. Shout out to Executive Director Byron and Program Director Jeremy. I love and respect you guys for all you have done to usher me along and encourage my growth. I know Twelve Way will help men get back to being productive members of society as long as you guys are at the helm! I thank the Lord Jesus for making this place possible it has truly been a blessing in my life!

If your heart is right, as you are studying the Word of God, the Word itself will break you. Hebrews 4:12 says, The Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than a two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit. The word quick in the old King James English means it is living. It s alive. It breathes. It sings. It pulsates with power. It s called a sword because it cuts. It s called a fire because it burns and a hammer because it crushes... Jeremiah 23:29 There s power in the Word of God.
