The therapists and techs are absolutely fantastic. Some of the receptionists, on the other hand, are both incompetent and very rude.

I have been receiving PT here for the past couple weeks for neck/back pain I've developed postpartum. I highly recommend receiving PT here. They have been very helpful and flexible with my schedule and will call me same day if there are cancellations to fit me in. The exercises I have been recommended to do are helping, and I am looking forward to continuing to see improvement!!

After the birth of my first baby, I had been having some issues and talked to my OB, who sent me to pelvic floor rehab with Aubrey Rimer. I did not even know that pelvic floor rehab existed, but now I am a firm believer! The strategies and exercises she gave me were easy to do, and they helped immensely and immediately! If any new mothers read this, you need to go to pelvic floor rehab. Everybody. Too often women think, "it'll get better eventually," or "this is normal after a baby." I thought that, and I was wrong. As Aubrey put it, "this is COMMON, but not NORMAL." Pelvic floor rehabs helps heal your body after the most dramatic change it will ever undergo, so when you have any issues WHATSOEVER, no matter how minor, with scar tissue from a tear or episiotomy/diastasis recti/bladder/bowels/hip strength, etc., do yourself a favor and go to pelvic floor rehab.

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

I have been a client at Total Health for several years. I would be there consistently but I am at the mercy of Medicare. When my money runs out I have to wait. What I would like to say is that this establishment has helped me more than all the specialists that I have put together. I am a 71 year old female and have degenerative disc disease, and arthritis in my lower back, left hip and neck. I have to take pain pills and muscle relaxers and they do not help much. I also have vertigo and a balance problem.I have been given pills and shots of cortisone with no lasting affect. I can go in and See Joe Eastman and Stacy Lacy and do the exercises that they give me to do and within several sessions, I go from a 7 or 8 on the pain scale down to a 1 1/2 to a 2. That is a miracle.I just to thank the therapists and the kind staff for helping me.

My journey with Total Health has given me back my quality of life.I have had years of digestive issues and numerous surgeries. I neededto have gallbladder surgery. After meeting with the surgeon Dr. Cara Pence and her PA Rahmah Hall they asked me to try Visceral Manipulation.Visceral Manipulation a treatment that focuses on the internal organs, connective tissue and supportive structure. This treatment was done under the care of Joe Eastman, Stacy Lacy and Mattie. After 2 sessions my chronic pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, bloating and release of adhesions /scar tissue the organs moved more freely. It was a blessing to see things improving. I am doing better and able to enjoy life again after years of suffering.I highly recommend Visceral Manipulation and share the results of this treatment I wish I had known about sooner!! Total Health Rehab is a great team to work with! Thanks,Joe, Stacy, Mattie and Staff

I had a left total knee replacement in Oct. I truly don't know how I would have survived without Joe, Stacey and Tracy & Mattie. I had so much pain post op that I was not prepared for and I truly didn't think I would ever heal! Their expertise and encouragement helped tremendously. Stacey and Tracy have "magic" hands and Joe always pushed me just a bit further than I thought I could go. Mattie, always ended my session with Game Ready ice packs that put a smile on my face! Thank you all, you are the BEST!!

Patti, we really appreciate you letting us know about your experience. Our staff are the primary reason for any patient success and you are not the first to brag about Stacy's magic hands! I am happy that they helped to get you on the road to recovery.

ALL women deserve and should seek out two areas central to their well-being: visceral manipulation and pelvic health. I have learned so much about how "things down there" are supposed to work. I have also been amazed by therapeutic techniques that have reduced pain and stiffness. My life has been up-leveled by the amazing Jenny LaCross and Stacy Lacy. I tell everyone about them!

Response from the owner5 years ago
Sarah, this is such a great endorsement for visceral manipulation and pelvic health and we are lucky to have Jenny and Stacy available to provide the service. I am very glad that you are feeling better and appreciate the positive feedback!

Let me tell you about Stacy Lacy and Joe Eastman and their phenomenal ability to help back, shoulder, rib, neck, vertebrae , and hip pains. I have had so much relief from my time with them. Also kudos to Mattie and the two very sweet girls at the front desk!! Great place.

After my ACL surgery I came to total health for my physical therapy/ rehab and worked with Julie. I was able to gain back 100% percent of my range of motion in a little over a month! The PTs here are awesome and really know what they are doing! I think my favorite part of the treatment was getting to use the game ready ice water wrap on my knee after each session!

Response from the owner5 years ago
Kristen, I want to thank you for writing such a great review. I agree that Julie and our other therapists are are great and we appreciate getting the opportunity to work with patients like yourself. Thank you again!

I saw Aubrey R. at Total Health for my pelvic health issues, and she s beyond incredible. Smart, knowledgeable, and very understanding to topics that are sensitive for some. Aubrey helped me so much, and I would recommend her to anyone having pelvic health related problems.
